This was an amazing place to stay for our family Christmas. Our oldest is stationed at Eglin and this was so close for him to come and stay with us. Spectacular views and comfy beds and couches to relax on. Used the oven to make traditional breakfast and bread for Christmas morning. Close to restaurants and other places. Really nice pool and access to the beach. Hot tub was out of order but the heated pool was nice. Would recommend to a large family to stay and we will stay here again.

Beautiful condo! The only negative thing was no dust pan. There was only half of a paper plate to use to sweep up. One of the bathroom mirrors was not clean but other than that it was great!

After staying here I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else. It was perfect in every way. It was the first beach vacation with our little one that’s 19 months old. They had a pack n play, high chair and even baby silverware. The zero entry pool with the fountains was his favorite. The queen bunk bed was the perfect place to have his own room to sleep in. The balcony had comfortable furniture. Everyone that stayed keeps repeating “ this is the best place we ever stayed “

Loved this condo and the property in general. Condo 503 was clean and absolutely perfect. We are very picky where we stay and didn't have one single complaint. The Host and the Condo were amazing! The area has gotten very busy but that is not the hosts fault. The property was amazing and our family had a wonderful time in a well planned out and well equipped Condo. It really could not have been any better.
Our biggest problem was with AirBNB itself after the trip. They sent me an email to write a review but I could not log in. I called their help line and got someone who was in a VERY noisy room with a lot of other people and they ultimately offered no help. Once again, I called their Property Host and they were able to offer ideas.

The views from this condo were AMAZING! We loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves and sunset every evening. Plenty of room for us to eat together or to get some space from one another if needed.Had breakfast at the Beachview Grill a short walk down the road, and enjoyed lunch at Magnolia and a great gift shop, Artesano Boutique, a 5 minute drive away. Really enjoyed the Ft. Walton location, nice and quiet but still close to family fun in Destin and about an hour from Pensacola.Great place to stay all around!

We do this trip now about 10 years once a year. As a group we decided to come in the fall versus August. It was entirely too hot. This is the first time in the fall. Our guys enjoy playing around of golf. This weather was perfect. We definitely are coming back this time of year.

Family vacation with adult children and their famlies. 7 adults and 2 children. We love cominv down every October and BLU has became our preferred place to stay. We have yet to be disappointed. This condo was perfect for all our needs, the amenities gave us everything we needed. All we had to purchase was our food. Was able to take in qll the ocean/beach time we desired. Wake to breathtaking view of the beautiful sunrise on the beach, spend the day enjoying the beach,pool and hot tub. The nights enjoying the beautiful sunset on the beach. Even with a little bit of colder days than normal, it did not disrupt our vacation. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at David's place. My sister and I were both celebrating our birthdays, so we and three girlfriends spent a long weekend on Okaloosa Island. The condo had so much more space than we really needed- it felt so luxurious! The views were awesome even when it was just rainy and foggy the first few days. We did really well with getting around Destin and found some great restaurants- highly recommend Bitterroot (their bottomless mimosas at brunch really are bottomless; we spent a lovely rainy morning/afternoon there!). My only sad point was that the fire pit was not in service. I know the owners cannot control this, but the photos for the rental showed the fire pit and I was SO looking forward to using it. I just wish I had known ahead of time that would not be an option- we might have paid for a bonfire on the beach or something instead. We did enjoy the hot tub and pool as the weather allowed. I would definitely stay here if I am ever in Destin/Fort Walton again!

We loved this property. The location was outstanding. Could not ask for better. Fantastic property that is clean and conveniently located. Great amenities such as workout facility and heated pool and hot tub and white sand beach right outside the door. The balcony was a great size for a family and we all enjoyed it and most important to us the unit is handicap accessible with grab bars at the toilets and a roll in shower. It was easy to get the wheelchair around inside the condo as well. We are already planning our return trip.

Condo was beautiful and big as were the bedrooms, loved the queen bunk beds for the teen girls they loved them.The only thing is that we love to cook and there weren't enough big pots and frying pans or utensils for cooking at the Condo but we had family here so they brought some of theirs over. Oh and the televisions in all the rooms would not go on for two days which at night was not too good because we like to relax at night in our rooms before we go to bed and the cable was out all day and night. But we know it happens so we were all right about it and we still had a great time and would still stay there we love it there and hope to return next year God willing. We've been coming to Destin for most of my life - I remember when it was a sleepy little town and the Big Kahuna was built. Okaloosa brings back memories of that and staying at David's place felt like a piece of that childhood nostalgia. It was the perfect place to celebrate my dad's retirement and for our families to converge. The amenities were perfect, from the pools, hot tub, the gym, grills, views, and the beach, we loved having everything right at our fingertips. A bonus was that we were on the quiet side of Okaloosa so we were able to get up and go for quiet morning walks down the street or on the beach. David was an ideal host. The place was exactly as described and the thoughtfulness that went into it was wonderful. The kids loved the kid dishes, the seating was plentiful for us to sit and eat family dinners. It was a bonus for the kids to all be able to sleep in the bunk room, and the adults had enough privacy in our own rooms. We will definitely be back.

Our vacation was so great and this condo was perfect for our family. We had a beautiful view of the gulf and could hear the water from the condo. Our grandkids loved the beach and the pool area. The condo was just like the photos and very comfortable. We had a small issue on Saturday night and I thought we would have to wait until Monday to get it fixed. Coastal Vibe had someone there Sunday morning to fix it. Customer service from Coastal Vibe was excellent and they really cared about us having an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this condo and Coastal Vibe.

We were very pleased with our stay! Everything was so nice and clean. We had a little incident wigg to our coffee maker after our first batch of coffee on the first morning, and he was quick and replaced the coffee maker by the end of the day. There was another incident where the neighbors below complained of water leaking late one night. We contacted David to let him know ASAP, even when we didn’t have any signs of leaking water in our unit and he was quick to respond after 10pm and to send maintenance the next morning. We are very pleased with everything!

As many have written this is a beautifully decorated spacious condo looking out over the Emerald Beach. We made so many family memories and hope to come back next year. We found the permanent neighbors to be friendly and helpful. ( especially the couple in 203) BTW they also Had great things to say about the Coastal Vibe team. My take on that is that Costal Vibe is like a good neighbor to The permanent resident as well. The things we we appreciate and believe you should know that others may not have mentioned: 1. You can't beat the response time of the Costal Vibe crew. (Even during a holiday) 2. The photos Costal Vibe show on their site and descriptions are exactly what you can expect. Along with photos they provide a line drawing of each condo so there are no unpleasant surprises. ( the line drawings go above most other vacation rental companies) 3. While we were in 503 a large storm was forecasted to hit. The Costal Vibe crew went to work to protect the balcony furniture (something as a owner or a future guest I would appreciate) while doing so they made sure as guest we knew how to stay safe and where to take shelter if needed. I ask other guest that did not use Costal Vibe if anyone had come around or called/ texted ext. to let them know What to do if the storm hit, they did not! (Again Costal Vibe went above and beyond what other vacation rental companies provide) Given our experience with the Costal Vibe team I don't intend to use any other company when visiting Ft. Walton, the Emerald Coast, Gatlinburg or The Blue Ridge Mountains. I wish the Costal Vibe team had properties all over the states. Again Thank you To all the Costal Vibe team hope To seeYou next year. Christy

My family and I stayed at this condo to celebrate Christmas, and it was wonderful! Condo looked exactly as pictured and the view was amazing to see everyday. Sadly, a winter storm passed through the weekend we were there so it was too cold to be on the beach for too long, but we still enjoyed walking on the beach and sitting by the pool. Everything was very clean and David’s check-in/out instructions were very thorough and easy to follow. Overall we loved our stay and would love to come back!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this condo! The communication from David was thorough from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The condo was just like it appeared in the pictures. Parking was easy, and the pools and beach were great! The condo building is like-new and simple to get around. It's a quick drive to lots of good restaurants and activities. Not a bad word to say. I highly recommend this unit!

Communication was good when our condo was not ready by check in time so we could do something with the cold food we brought. This was a great condo unit that worked well for our families. The bedrooms/sleeping options were great for the group we traveled with. The entire condo building is clean, safe, and smaller- which meant the beach was never fully packed, and we could always find a chair down by the pool. The condo is safe and accessible to so many great shopping and restaurant options in the area. The people were friendly, helpful, and we never had an issue with noise or other disturbances. We did not need assistance while we were there, but knew if we needed anything our requests would be taken seriously. It was easy to find parking, and the fitness room was great! We would definitely stay there again if we visit the area!

Beautiful condo, excellent views, very spacious and the location is great. We will definitely be going back! Enjoyed having three rooms with king size beds, although the beds are a little more firm than we would prefer.

This condo was the perfect mix of home and luxury! The home decor is beautiful and as listed in the advertised photos! Plenty of room for my family to spread out and come together. The area is quiet but we were able to find the malls to do a little shopping not far away. A few activities in the area but best for relaxation and disconnecting. Would definitely stay here again! Beautiful condo!

This condo was amazing. So clean and so comfortable. More than enough room for everyone. Beach access and two pools on top of that! Incredible view, convenient parking and close to everything you might need. Would definitely stay here again. And David was very responsive to any questions/request we had. Hello! We loved this beautiful condo and would happily come here again or recommend to others. The beach location is perfect and pools are great. The bunk beds are wonderful. More than enough room for our party of 8 (ranging from 5 to 83 years old. You can't beat the view and the private beach is great with excellent umbrella and chair set ups. Stay here and have a wonderful time! Suggestions: this is not a part of the review. The bed in the first bedroom on the left is really hard. It would benefit from a pillowtopper or foam pad or both. You need grab bars in all showers. This is a serious danger to older people (anyone, in fact.) Fan blades need to be cleaned. Provide more hangers, salt and pepper, hand towels, toilet paper, kleenex, liquid hand soap. Not to be rude at all, but these are just small things that provide that extra touch you expect when paying these prices. Overall- a wonderful experience. Thank you. L

Our vacation was fantastic! The owner answered questions quickly and was friendly. The 5th floor condo was amazing! There were 10 of us. Everyone had a bed except one. We ended up buying a cot so he didn't have to sleep on the couch all week. The condo was clean, close to the beach, had 2 clean pools, amazing workout room with new equipment that worked, gated security, etc! Beach service was a bonuses! We utilized it everyday but 1. You could see the beach and pools from our balcony. The size of the complex was perfect. The beach area with the condo was not crowded! We had a fuse blow when using a hair dryer. We emailed the owner and the service guy was there within a couple of hours to fix it! Our only issue was with all of the codes! Our vacation was the end of May/first of June so we had to remember May codes the 1st half of the week and June codes the last half! Made it confusing. Especially when some of the codes switched to June codes but some were still on May! Minor issue and we made it work! Overall, our family would highly recommend this property!

We traveled down from NC to stay at this great location. We had 3 adults and 2 kids under 10 years old. The condo was so spacious and the view was amazing. We all had our own space. It came stocked with the essentials until we could get to the store after we arrived. The building and staff were always working to make sure the place was ready for guests. Very well secured with key codes to come in and out of facility and pool. There are two pools, one with a zero entry and handicap access and the other 3 ft - 6 ft. Very clean. Two ways to access the beach. One with stairs and the other was a ramp. This unit came with two beach chairs and an umbrella. We used them everyday as we took the kids from beach to pool back to the beach. We look forward to visiting this place again next year.
