I want to start by saying this condo has everything and is well stocked. The view is top notch with plenty of seating to sit out and enjoy and very large area of beautiful beach to either sit or look at. The Facility is very well kept and we can see why this place comes so highly recommended. We look forward to coming back next year

Our family had a great stay at Blu condos! Beautiful views of the gulf and easy access to the pools and ocean! Elevators worked pretty fast. I would recommend this to any family looking for a getaway or vacation! :)

Last year we were able to book two weeks in Blu 207 for our Christmas holiday. We loved Blu 207 so much that this year we booked four weeks and celebrated Christmas and New Year's. Blu 207 did not disappoint! Enjoying the sun, watching dolphins, walks on the beach and just relaxing in the pool, Hot Tub and sitting around the fire pit was so relaxing . Room for our entire family of 8 to spread out with the ability to have privacy. Sadly another family beat us to booking Blu 207 for the Christmas Holiday. I know they will have as much fun as we have had making memories. We love Coastal Vibe and Blu so much that we booked two other condos in Blue so we can invite more extended family to join us for Christmas and New Years! Dave and his team are truly above and beyond!

The Airbnb was absolutely beautiful for our wedding. Everyone was in awe of the place and it was so spacious for all of us. SUPER clean and that bath tub was AMAZING.

The description of the property well matches the experience that we had - well cleaned, well stocked, and in a very great location in the building (end of the hallway on the second floor). The area of Fort Walton is on the quieter side, if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Destin. There is a lot of good restaurants and fun experiences for our kiddos and teenagers. The reason for the three stars for communication is that we never had received the check-in information which led to a lot of confusion and frustration as we were trying to get to a reservation that night upon arrival. The property manager was very receptive and already changed their system so that future renters will have better communication within 24 hours of their arrival. I was very impressed with how they handled things!

The condo, pools and beach access is absolutely lovely! There was an unexpected closet of random beach and pool toys which was a nice surprise. Be careful with the dryer. We had a swimsuit ruined in the dryer and a couple pairs of new shorts with pretty nasty black marks. The property itself is perfect for a relaxing beach centered vacation. Having the chairs and umbrella daily is an enjoyable amenity. The checkout process was EASY…I appreciate a checkout that doesn’t make you dread the end of a wonderful week of vacation!

All great but we have a few suggestions...the windows were not washed, which hurt our view. The writeup suggested two toilet papers and there was only one for each bathroom. Other than that, a great stay.

This was one of the best places I have ever staid in my life and I travel a lot! Everything was beautiful, clean, comfortable. The view was spectacular. We had an amazing family vacation at Blu. Our condo was spacious and decorated with a relaxing beach motif. We had everything needed to enjoy our week. The kids had sand toys and surf boards which they loved. The outdoor deck was a great gathering place especially at night where we could watch the waves roll in. Very nice 4 bedroom condo. Nicely furnished rooms, updated furniture. Every kitchen device you would want is available. Cabinet shelves are even labeled to remind you where to place items. Bedding was bright and cheerful. Most of the bedding was comfortable. The exceptions being the two bunk beds. Easy to rent. All emails sent received quick responses.

We LOVED staying here for the week. We saw the pictures online and read reviews and honestly it was better than expected. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. It is beautifully decorated and incredibly spacious. We could all spread out and have our own space. We tried lots of new restaurants, went on a dolphin cruise and spent our days as a family on the beach. We used the pool, hot tub and fire pit in the evenings. This place was absolutely beautiful. Everything looked exactly as pictured, had every amenity we could need. David was extremely responsive with any questions I had and emailed a few days prior with Condo rules and policies, tips for the area, access info etc. Check in and check out couldn't have been easier and the location/view literally could not be beat. My mom, my family and my sisters family all stayed comfortably in the home with plenty of space. We had an EXCELLENT time during our stay and are already hoping to return!

We had a great time at BLU 207 this past week! The condo was the perfect setting for our small family vacation and had everything (and more!) than what we needed. The condo even had great accommodations for our young kids (two pack-n-plays, games, toys, beach toys/gear, high-chair). The location of the condo was perfect. The beach was just short walk from condo and and was very clean and powdery soft sand. Not to mention waking up to the view of the ocean was breath-taking every morning. We had the best time and would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Coastal Vibrations. We had a minor inconvenience entering the property but the owner addressed it immediately and had help within minutes to get us in. No big deal. The decor was well done. The kitchen was well stocked and I even told my wife that we had a lot of the same utensils at home. It felt like home! The views were to die for and we had a 2 minute walk from the condo to the beach. Excellent location. We will be back!

This property is stunning. Very well stocked and more supplies than we needed. The unit even had beach toys and equipment for personal use. The beds were all comfortable (no complaints from anyone). There were 8 of us in total and we had plenty of room to be a family and be on our own. The balcony was especially awesome. I think everyone spent a ton of time out there enjoying the weather and view. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything and then some.

We came to the Fort Walton Beach area for a youth softball tournament. I needed space for me, my wife, coaches, and a player. This condo was perfect for the 7 of us!!! 4 bedrooms, including 2 master suites, 3 full bathrooms made our stay extremely comfortable. Loved the large balcony; my wife slept outside listening to the waves at least 4 nights. The gas oven/stove was a pleasant surprise as we cooked nearly all of our meals- fresh seafood. Loved, loved, loved the place and would come back in a heartbeat. It has been a few years since we have stayed in Destin/Fort Walton area but this is, by far, the very best condo we have ever had! Management/ownership was super responsive and complete with all communication. In short, simply awesome!!!

It had been a few years since we've been to the area, so we were looking forward to getting back to Ft. Walton Beach. We had 7 people in our party, Me, my husband, our 3 boys, and my good friend and her son. Blu 207 had plenty of room for us to spread out and great areas to all come together. The decor and location are just perfect! We spent quite a bit of time on the very comfortable balcony, when the weather wasn't cooperating enough for us to get in the sand. The location is so close to everything! There are plenty of places close by to eat, and it's a quick trip over the bridge to either Destin or FWB. We would love to come back to this resort and even stay in this exact condo. It felt so much like home, it was hard to leave. Coastal Vibe Vacations was a great rental company. Great communication and easy instructions. We loved everything about this trip and hope to plan another in the near future!

Blu 207 is absolutely amazing! The condo has a fantastic layout and suited the needs of our large family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The beach toy closet was a huge hit with our kids along with the games and puzzles. The decor is so beautiful and the balcony couch quickly became my favorite spot for early morning coffee and late afternoon naps. A member of the Costal Vibe team checked on us soon after arrival to make sure we were completely satisfied.

One of the best vacations I've ever had! The condo was absolutely stunning and so spacious. The view from the balcony was just as stunning! The convenience to the beach was awesome! We lived on the balcony practically! It was so spacious! We rented a boat to Crab Island and it was one of the best days of my life, so many dolphins!! Blu 207 is the most perfect condo we have ever stayed in! Loved all the extras that came with it and the cleanliness and decor were spot on. The view from the balcony was amazing! We saw dolphins every day and the weather and water was perfect! We loved the balcony - the furniture made it so comfortable to read, rock the grand baby and eat meals with a view. The closeness and easy access to the beach was the best! Only thing we wished for was more days there! Great location away from Destin traffic. Large end unit allowed 6 adults and 3 children to live comfortably. Condo beautifully decorated and kitchen very well equipped. Gated parking lot and pool/beach coded entries easy to use and provdided appreciated security. .Grills and pools cleaned daily . Closet filled with beach toys was a pleasant surprise.

Blu 207 is a beautiful condo and we will definitely stay here again. Property management was quick to respond to all inquiries. The beds were very cozy, the view impeccable and the condo had everything we needed. We stayed with 4 adults and 5 young teenagers. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit. Beach service was excellent! The unit was clean but could’ve been a little cleaner. There was definitely some areas that hadn’t been wiped clean. Areas of the kitchen counter and cabinets. There is a crabby resident that lives there and has apparently hired security to make sure you keep you drinks away from the pool and quiet after 10 pm. Renters there received a ticket for hanging their towels over the railing. So don’t do that. Overall very nice and we had a great time!

Blu 207 was absolutely amazing and exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is so beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean, and well appointed! We had 9 travelers, but never felt crowded. The location on the second floor is so handy being so close to the stairs. The beach is so clean and beautiful and the included beach service was very nice. We loved our time sipping coffee on the comfortable balcony furniture. We loved Blu 207 and hope to book it again someday!

We have been coming to the Destin area for a long time and Blu 207 is by far the nicest condo we have ever rented! We loved it so much we booked it for next year during our stay this year. We loved the stocked kitchen…everything you could possibly need was there and the grill area was perfect. The beds were comfy and the balcony furniture was great! The kids said the evenings on the balcony were their favorite part of vacation. The 2 pools were amazing and the beach was so close. Management was great to work with, the condo was really clean upon arrival and it’s obvious that Blu is practically brand new! We have nothing bad to say about this place! The condo is beautiful just as pictured. Checkin was easy and convenient. The large patio is amazing for lunch and lounging in the evenings on the sectional sofa. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possible need. Beds were comfy and condo clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach and beach service. We will be back to BLU for sure.

This home is wonderful. Plenty of room for our party of 11, the beds are comfy and cozy, the kitchen is well stocked, the facility is immaculate, and the balacony views were amazing. I noticed this unit had much better/more outdoor furniture for relaxation than any if the other rooms. We spent much of the evening hours out there. My family said it was the kind of vacation you would see in movies. The pool is perfect for smaller children as it gradually slopes and offers some small fountains/water spouts for them to enjoy on the shallow end. The facility is built with safety in mind as all pool/beach entries must be done by entering a code/pressing the pool entry button which is out of reach of children so no worries about them rushing ahead of you and taking a surprise dive. There is room encasing a trash chute conveniently located on each floor and is just a few steps away from this unit so there is no hassel with this property. The team there works hard and the grounds are kept extremely clean. We were just so impressed. The owners are incredible. We made it in early because the kids slept well and we were able to reduce stops. I messaged and in no time I received the reply saying it was clean and waiting for inspection. We were able to begin our vacation earlier after a long 11 hour drive with kids ages 11, 3, 18 months. Really can't say enough good things about this unit and the property. Book it, you will not be disappointed at all. Your dream vacation will become a reality. Safe travels y'all💕

Beautiful condo in the perfect location! First time at Okaloosa Island and we loved it! Not too many people like some of the surrounding islands. The condo was new and very clean and the complex very well maintained. I would highly recommend this unit for the amazing views from the huge deck and the spacious floor plan.

This is a 5* property, with a lot of inclusions and amenities for a perfect stay. The grounds are immaculate and the groundskeepers (Brian and Thomas- the best!) were working around the clock to make sure the pool, grill, and hot tub areas were meticulously kept. The amenities and newness of this building seemed to exceed the others nearby, at a glance. The unit itself seems to have a great deal of traffic and is starting to show a bit of wear. The property manager states in his email that the cleaners are under tight time constraints and it does show. The bed comforters were clearly not laundered and the extra blankets were not either. There were hairs and dust found on the bathroom floors and the toilets were not particularly clean. Perhaps more time is needed between guests checking out and in for these cleaners to do a more thorough job, as the unit was really just surface clean at best, which is a little concerning during any time but especially covid times. I also took a star for communication of the property manager, as there was no wine bottle opener, and upon inquiring he said he would reimburse me (he did not) or drop by the following day and drop one off and he never followed up. This was an inconvenience on our first evening as we prepared dinner and my husband had to run out and buy one since one was not provided. This is a fairly basic kitchen tool that one would expect.

Our large family looks forward to this beachside getaway every year, there is plenty of room for all. Whatever you think you might need it is there, just like home. We had an excellent stay at Blu 207!! Communication was fantastic, very thorough and instructions were simple to follow. The unit was well-stocked with quality appliances, furniture and kitchenware. We hired a local Personal Chef we’ve come to know to come in a few nights (Chef Shaun Michael) and he complimented the well appointed kitchen also.
The building is new and well taken care of, the condo crew is super friendly and accommodating. The location of Blu is great...close enough to everything but you feel all on your own.
We would definitely stay here again!

This place was fabulous! David was very responsive and always quick to respond. The condo itself is beautiful and the location was fantastic. The building itself is very nice and I was pleased with the security measures taken by the property. The workout room was well equipped too.
The kitchen was so fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans, cooking tools, etc. that we were able to prepare our full Thanksgiving meal with no problem. I brought things like a roaster pan and a hand mixer, but didn’t need them. I was shocked they even had a crockpot and Instapot.
The private beach area and the pool were also very nice. Definitely will consider staying here again in the future.

Pefect Condo. The best condo I have ever stayed in on the gulf coast. The only thing I would change is the mattress in the master bedroom. It feels like you are rolling out of the bed.

Beautiful place, great location and very clean. The condo is extremely nice and it's well kept up. Great location on the 2nd floor. Don't even need the elevator to access the pool, beach and parking lot. Trash chute is right outside your door. We really enjoyed our time here.

I can not say enough about the wonderful time that we had at BLU 207. David with Coastal Vibes was SOOO responsive and wonderful to work with. This was our first time to Fort Walton and we really liked the ease of getting places versus sitting in traffic. If you surf or just want some cool beachy decals we recommend Fluid Surf Shop. Also, the food trucks across the street from the shop are GREAT and people are very friendly. We were really just looking for a quiet getaway and this was perfect!

This condo is basically new and as a result very clean and up to date. Being on the second floor, the views of the beach and ocean were great. David was very prompt with responding to emails and made things so easy. There was one misunderstanding but after dialogue I believe my concerns were noted and will not occur in the future. Overall this was a great place in a great location which led to a great time for my family! Job well done.
