It was the perfect place to spend quality time with our new grandchild. Everyone had their own space with what felt like three master bedrooms and bathrooms. It was one of the nicest beach condos we have ever stayed in. I highly recommend it.

Gated community. Quiet, clean beach. Pools were larger than many in this area. Bathrooms located near pools were a plus. Spacious condo. Very clean. Everything you need for meal preparation. Entire family pleased with accommodation!

This place was absolutely incredible. We had everything we needed for an amazing family vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated, the beds were very comfy and we loved spending our evenings on the back porch watching the dolphins, the sunsets and the lightning show. The pools were super clean, refreshing and the walk to the ocean was super close. Loved this place and already looking at dates for next year!

BLU is a great property and this particular unit was perfect for our family of five adults and two kids! Parking is easy the elevator was really useful, the pool and access to the beach was lovely. We spent many hours in the hot tub and sitting around the fire outside. No complaints at all everything was great.!

We loved all the king suites and it worked well for our large family group. The condo was well stocked with pans, utensils, and dishes for cooking in. The listing was accurate with what was supplied. It had a variety of games and a few books. There was a playpen and highchair for the 2 year old. The property was well kept. Our favorites were the heated pool, hot tub, and gorgeous beach views. The beach service was a nice added bonus.

My family of four, brother-in-law and his girlfriend, and my mother-in-law stayed in this beautiful condo. The 2nd floor location was perfect for easy access to the beach, pool, and fitness room. Great views of the beach. Plenty of room for all of us and great patio furniture to enjoy the views. The condo was more than equipped to handle our crew and we were all impressed with the well-stocked kitchen for all of our cooking needs.

Condo was exactly as shown/pictured in listing. Gorgeous views from the oversized balcony. Everything was clean and supplied for stay. Beds were comfortable. Condo is located in fairly quiet part of island; Less crowds and noise. When entering Okaloosa island, there was construction present. It did not hinder travel too bad though. Would absolutely stay at this condo again in the future.

Just got home after a 5 night stay at this beautiful condo! Location is perfect- super close to the beach and pool. I could watch my husband/toddler play while I was in the condo with the baby. The pool was great for kids- it has a shallow end with fountains and then another side that is a little deeper. Beds were really comfortable too! ! They had toddler dishware there already and a pack n play. Highly recommend this place if you want a relaxing beach vacation and very short walk to the beach!

We recently took a friends' trip to Fort Walton Beach and stayed in Blu 201. The condo was exactly as described and perfect for three couples. The kitchen had everything we needed, and one night we stayed in and grilled. The condominium itself is beautiful, and the pool was perfect. The beachside service was a plus— we rented two additional sets of chairs to accommodate all six of us. We couldn’t have been happier with the accommodations; it was super clean and very cozy. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We will definitely be staying here again!

Blu 201 was a dream! The condo complex felt very resort-like. The building, pool, and facilities were exceptionally clean and modern. Our family has been staying at condos up and down Okaloosa Island for many years, and Blu is by far the nicest one we've stayed in. Blu 201 felt very upgraded. The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and spacious. The kitchen, dining, and living room were also roomy, modern, and comfortable. But the huge balcony was our favorite part (the largest we've seen!). There are two large pools at this complex and the beach access is very convenient and close. We loved everything about this place and hope to return every time we visit Okaloosa Island. Can't rate this one high enough!

Stunning views, beautiful beach, and beautiful condo. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the place is beautifully decorated and looks like the pictures. We were pleasantly surprised on how close the beach is as the picture makes it appear father than it is. This property was one of the nicest VRBOs I have ever stayed in. Everything about the space was superior! The beds were so comfortable. The view spectacular! Our door space amazing! Pools and other spaces were excellently maintained. Loved this was a gated property. Was traveling with my kid without my husband and gave us additional peace of mind regarding our safety. If only the weather would have cooperated the trip would have been the best! ☺️

The condo was beautiful, clean, and well-kept. I wish the outdoor fire pit were in operation, but it seems it has been out of commission for quite some time. Some more adult drinking glasses would have been appreciated, as there were way too many smaller plastic cups. Overall though, there were no significant issues. The toilet in the main bedroom did "whistle" loudly. I would book again.

This place exceeded our expectations. Our family of 7 (kids ages 13 to 24) had a great time here. This is a great place for all ages. I really liked being close to the pool and hot tub area so I could keep an eye on everyone from the balcony. The beach, pool areas, building, and gym were really clean. The home is even more beautiful in person. We loved everything about this place!

I would highly recommend this beach condo. It is so close to the beach and has two awesome pools right next to each other that can accommodate very small children as well. The condo is great and has nice sized rooms and all bathrooms are very nice. Everything appears to be newly remodeled so it’s very clean and lovely place to stay.

What a beautiful condo! The condo was ready promptly at 4:00 just as promised. It was very clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels, too. A beautiful view of the beach as well. We debated on first or second floor when booking, but once we arrived, we realized there is no real view of the beach on the first floor so we were really happy we were in Blu 201. It's an end unit so I believe it's larger than most with additional windows for light and a larger patio. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room. If we ever have a chance to go back to Okaloosa Island, this is the place we would stay. The pools and surrounding areas were very clean, in great shape and we enjoyed them every day. One of the pools had water spouts and the grandkids loved playing in those. Unfortunately, they were not on very long. In fact, the first 2-3 days they weren't on at all. But they had a blast with them while they were on. There are only 2 umbrellas in the pool area so they were a hot commodity. Booking was smooth and easy. I had trouble making the final payment online so I called and was treated so wonderfully well by Costal Vibe Vacations. They took my payment right there while talking to me. I would definitely book another vacation with them for sure.

7 adults, and 2 children enjoyed our stay the first week of May. The decor was amazing. Beachy feeling, comfortable, plenty of space, and the deck is spacious. The best recommendation I can give it that we’ll be back again. We have never been to Oakaloosa - but have been to Destin, Navarre, Orange Beach, all around the pan handle. This is a perfect spot for us.

While family back home (northern IL), is experiencing freezing rain and snow, we got to walk on the beach. The weather was so great for the end of December (mid 70’s). The condo was so beautiful and comfortable and spacious. We felt right at home, having our own rooms to relax in. It was so nice to order out and eat as a family and enjoy the views of the beach. It was an added plus to have a laundry room since we spent a ton of time in our swimsuits and needed to wash our sand covered things often. The master bedroom was great! I loved waking up and opening the curtains and seeing the sun rise. The bed was super comfortable too. It was nice to just walk right down to the beach and sit for hours in the sun and bliss out. This place was top notch. Every amenity we could need, we had. Our host was super helpful providing guides, menus, and keeping us in the know for check-in/check-out procedures. Parking was easy and the lot was not crowded. The location was perfect. The street leading to the condo was not super busy. Short drive to downtown with plenty of awesome little shops and restaurants. I’d be so happy to book here again! It was a beautiful and relaxing vacation. There were 7 of us ranging from age 8 to 49. We all had a wonderful time!

This is our second year staying at the Blu condos. It’s beautiful! The condo had tons of space and everything we needed. Check in was easy. The pool, hot tub, and fire pit was a hit with our group as well! We will stay again next year!

Blu 201 is the perfect vacation rental. The unit was well stocked with games, beach toys, kitchen appliances, etc. There is a clear attention to detail in providing everything you could possibly need on a vacation. Beyond that, the unit is absolutely gorgeous. The furniture and beds are super comfortable. The view is amazing and the pool/beach area is perfect. We had three well traveled couples and two small children and all agree it was the best place we have ever stayed. Highly recommend it!

We have stayed at a number of places throughout the years but this condo was the cleanest that I have ever experienced!! 4 adults and 2 preteen girls had plenty of room. Condo was stocked with everything you might possibly need. 2 things I have never seen in a condo that were provided in this one was a drying rack in the master bath for bathing suits etc and a place for your jewelry in the master bedroom. I used both of these every day and now wonder why no one else has thought of this!!

We had an outstanding trip to Blu 201! The condo has everything we needed to have a fun filled vacation while also enjoying had plenty of room to relax with family and friends. A few really bright spots 1– the outdoor living space was amazing! 2– the kitchen space allowed several of us to cook at the same time and eat all together! 3–very comfortable furniture and beds! One annoying detail was the number of security codes you needed to know to get to the beach or back in. Even to jog in the morning I needed a different code. That said, we need we were all safe and sound each night. We would definitely come to this unit again!!!!

We have been on many vacations and rented condos/homes but this was by far the best experience. The location can’t be beat. The access to the pool and beach was so easy especially with kids. The heated pool was perfect for cooler evenings. The workout facility is nice and clean. The view from the family room, veranda, and bedroom is wonderful. We could not have asked for a cleaner, more wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Super clean and Amazing views!!! The heated pool was perfect for our 4 year old and the covered outdoor living space is the largest and best we have ever experienced in the area. Million dollar views of the ocean! Highly recommend!

We loved this space and it was perfect for our “framily” unit including 3 kiddos. The layout offers privacy even in large groups. Patio set up is top notch! We loved the location out of the hustle and bustle of being directly in Destin, but plenty close to go when we wanted. Tons of activities for everyone. Have already begun planning a return trip to the area ! Would highly recommend The Donut Hole for Breakfast and Clemenzas for dinner !

We absolutely loved our trip to Blu201! We chose it because we were vacationing with 3 young kids and my father in law. My FIL can't walk up steps very well, so I chose this location so he could sit on the balcony and watch the kids play in the pool and watch us on the beach. It's exactly what he did and he had a great view of it all! It was also safer than a beach house, because it didn't have steps for my toddler to fall down. The condo itself was absolutely perfect! It was so clean and nice. I seriously have high standards of cleanliness and this far exceeded them. By far the cleanest beach property I've ever stayed at! The condo had everything we needed and more! It had a pack and play and high chair which we packed, but was nice to know an extra was there for the next time we choose this location. The bedrooms were a great size and I absolutely loved waking up to ocean views! I still daydream about this trip and will 100% be reserving this condo in the future. The amenities at Blu were also very nice. We went in the down season of early November. Parking was not an issue. The gym set up was simple, but perfect to feel good about eating at all the greasy fish places in the evening. There was pretty much no one in the gym too, so a nice quiet space. The heated pool was fantastic! The one day it was in the 50s so my kids went to the pool rather than the ocean. They loved playing in it and it was so spacious, with Covid we didn't have to worry about being near anyone. Plenty of space for all! The location of Blu is further down the strip. It's about about a 5-10 min car ride to the main pier and restaurants. Which was fine for us. We found a fantastic taco stand in an old car wash called Robinson's Cruise Thru. Great tacos, about a 10 minute drive. The Air Force museum was a lot of fun, even for young kids. It's about a 15 minute drive. Nothing is very far from this location, but the location itself is quiet and you feel like you're on a private beach.

This condo is wonderful! The space is exactly as seen in pictures. You can’t beat the location and to my surprise being on the second floor and right next to one of the pools it was very quiet! Would definitely come back!

Was looking for a condo to take my family for our annual beach vacation and stayed at Blu201 which is a new place in Fort Walton Beach. Very clean and was beautiful with the ocean view and the pools right below the unit. Rooms are plenty big with luxurious bathrooms. Had all the codes and directions needed before we arrived and the unit was ready when we showed up. Our day was walking the beach, playing in the ocean, playing in the pools and then cooking great dinners. Gates from the beach to the pools so only BLU guest are there. Also, there are two grills by the pool that were easy to use and clean. We went to the Gulf Grill, Boshamps and Fubar for pizza. Get take out for Fubar as it can get a little rough for families. We will be back next year or sooner!!

We had an amazing girls vacation at Blu 201 in Fort Walton. The condo was beautiful and extremely clean (and I'm picky about clean). When looking to book a condo I went through several vacation rental websites. I called, emailed and text several companies to inquire about the condos and the rental situation in Florida due to COVID-19. All of the companies except Coastal Vibe Vacations did not respond to me or I was put on hold forever. David Jenn with Coastal Vibe responded immediately even going above and beyond in the evening sending me other condo choices. Every email or text was responded to immediately. I was so impressed with the customer service that I would not use any other rental company to book a trip to Destin or FWB. I will always book through Coastal Vibes Vacation and I would stay at Blu every time. It was absolutely wonderful. Thanks David & Coastal Vibes for your exceptional service we had a wonderful time.

We just concluded our stay at Blu 201. The entire process worked extremely well and we selected Blu 201 based on the Unit being new, space for two families, and incredible finish-out. We sat in the overstuffed patio furniture overlooking the heated pool with an unobstructed view to the Beach. We had all our meals around the large dining table from the full sized kitchen furnished with everything we needed! Communication from David was fantastic including a .pdf of the best things to do in Fort Walton area! We could not have been happier and cannot wait to return to their Unit next year!

This place is just amazing. Brand new condo with a gorgeously decorated and well-maintained interior that was absolutely spotless (and I’m a clean freak). The views can’t be matched. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were furnished with high-quality furniture and bedding/linens. Loved having direct access to the beach with beach service and an available heated pool and hot tub. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Hope to visit again sometime soon.
