My family had such an amazing time in Ft. Walton. My husband and I looked at several properties to compare and this unit is worth every penny! We have four children who wanted to go to the beach and pool multiple times a day, so a ground floor unit was so convenient and made going in and out an absolute breeze. You’re able to see the ocean from the porch and the pool and it does not disappoint. The unit is very nice and I’d recommend to anyone traveling to this area. The host communicates well and is very accommodating. This was one of our best AirBnB experiences to date. We will be back!

The condo was just as good if not better than advertised. Plenty of space for 10 of us, including 5 kids, clean, steps to the pool and beach. The only thing I could add is that there were 5 beach chairs and plenty of sand toys available for use - wish we would have known that before hauling ours along as we never had to use them! Couldn't ask for a better place to enjoy Fort Walton Beach.

The condo was in excellent condition. Easy to access location in Fort Walton and Okaloosa Island. We have 3 people in my family with disability needs and this 1st floor walkout location was perfect for them. It made coming to the beach very easy and fun for all!

Stayed a week in July and found the place to be wonderful. Really liked the 1st floor location with direct pool access. The unit was clean and had plenty of cooking utensils. Was able to easily communicate with property manager on a couple of small things. Being middle of July, I was suprised it wasn't crowded. Would definitely stay here again.

What a week! We celebrated my daughter's upcoming wedding with her bridesmaids and our friends. The 9 of us had plenty of room in Blu 107. The bathrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of seating. We loved being on the first floor and had easy access to the pools and beaches. The resort had great amenities and the folks who ran the beach chair service were phenomenal to work with. Check in was a breeze, we felt very safe, and there weren't a lot of hoops to jump through on departure day. We will for sure be back!

We love staying at Blu Condos. We chose the first floor that allowed us to walk directly out to the beach this year and it was really fabulous, but I think we actually missed looking out at the view of the beach from the upper floors. It will definitely be a hard decision when we come back next year!

My family has stayed in 4 or 5 different places at Okaloosa Island over the years. Blu is by far the nicest. Great pools and hot tub, only a very short walk to ocean.

The location was great, all the amenities of Destin but less crowded. Being on the 1st floor provided easy access to the pools, beach and grills. The place was clean and new and even though we had 10 people it didn’t feel crowded at all. It was also very close to the marina so renting a boat for a crab island adventure or a fishing trip was easy. Everyone in our party loved it!

Blu 107 is as beautiful, comfy, and cozy as the pictures show. We stayed with our 5 adult children and the accommodations were perfect. Christmas get away, weather was 50-68 degrees. Beach was awesome, close to great restaurants, shopping, and activity rentals. Such a relaxing vacation!!

We travelled with my parents who are in their 70’s. Location was great. Very easy access to the beach. Ideal location for families with small children too. Very secure. Late August turned out to be a great time to plan our trip to Fort Walton. No traffic and the condo and beach were very quiet.

We had such a great time on our family vacation. Being on the first floor right by the pool was so convenient. We had 10 people ranging from 9 months to 74 yrs old and this unit was perfect. Management answered all of my questions so quickly and the whole process was easy and convenient.

We are a group of 3 couples who range in age from 55-70. We absolutely LOVED Blu 107. The property was beautiful and the decor in the unit was so nice! We really appreciated being on the ground level with the pool just outside our door. The unit was very well equipped with everything we could have needed. Finally, the beach at Fort Walton is always so gorgeous and it did not disappoint!

Beautiful modern condo. Ground floor easy access to the pool/beach. The pool setup was the nicest we saw on our stretch of the beach with a warm pool, a cold pool and a hot tub all of generous size. The grounds were maintained nicely and there was always staff present cleaning and maintaining. Not the greatest ocean view from the ground floor, but the trade off for the easy access was worth it. We would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Blu 107! It had the perfect amount of bedrooms for our family of 5 and the large kitchen was great! We enjoyed the beautiful views from the kitchen, living room, and master bedroom. So cool to wake up and see the ocean from your bed! Our kids absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub. Such an easy walk down to the amazing beach and we loved that chair/umbrella service was included. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for every age range of family. Beach for adults and older children, and pool for toddlers. Condo was well equipped and clean. The patio could use a thorough cleaning, and new rugs. We had a great trip! 4 adults and 4 kids ages 3, 3, 5, 6. Ground level pool and beach access made things so easy. Beach setup was great. The only complaint I can say is that I wish beach towels and a cooler were provided since we flew in from Texas. So we packed towels and bought a wheeled cooler when we got there.

We loved blu. Unit 107 was perfectly suited for our family. Very clean and with 4 kids the unit, being on the first floor, helped us go to the pool and beach without worrying about forgetting things. Blu 107 was the best family vacation we have ever had. We go to the beach every year as a family and have never used the same condo twice. This condo has changed that and we will definitely be back next year. Ground floor is a game changer and makes it so convenient. The condo was clean and the staff is super friendly. The only very minor thing I would change is adding a full set of pots and pans. Everything else was perfect. The condo never feels too crowded. The beach set up is awesome and so convenient.

David has been our point if contact for 5 years when booking our vacations and every year it's so seamless and worry free. You will not regret booking your cabin through Coastal Vibes. Blu exceeded our expectations plus more! If you want luxury living with luxury convenience I definitely say spend the extra money and go for Blu! The gated access and blue lights on the back were my husband favorite, the patio gate straight to the pool and trash shoot vs a dumpster were my favorite based on convenience 🤣

Location was great, low key as we like, very clean and spacious. We had 3 couples and we travel all over often. This was very nice and comfortable stay. The only issue we had was such a late checkin. From past experience we normally are able to check in from 12N thru 3P, 4 just seemed so late. But overall a great experience and would visit again.

This place is pretty new and very clean. It is at beach front, very convenient. There is a heated pool and hot spa, very nice for winter visit. There is also a nice gym. David responds to messages quickly. The price is very reasonable. Overall, this is a great place. A small issue, shampoo and body wash are not provided.

Our family of 7 felt it was roomy and cozy at the same time. A few more could easily fit with the queen bunks and the 2nd master. Being on the ground floor was perfect. And we were there after thanksgiving when it was cooler and no one was in the cold pool. So it was like having the view unsullied and all to yourself.

Great condo for location.. access to shallow end of pool right out gate(kid proof).. extremely nice and well equipped condo!

This place is just as amazing as it looks! The unit is spacious, well laid out, fully stocked, and clean! I live that it opens up right to the pool and the the grills are just outside the balcony. The grounds were well maintained. The pools were very refreshing. And of course the beach was amazing! I can’t say enough great things!

Beautiful condo with beautiful pool and ocean views. Just as the pictures suggest, the place was immaculate and extra clean upon arrival. You get what you pay for and if you want the best condo in Fort Walton, this is it! Condo has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. Just bring your family/friends, groceries, and relax. All communications from David were accurate and timely.

I love Blu. It's perfect for my family of 10. I still wish we could have worked out July 4, but I understand you wanted Sat to Sat but that doesn't work for my UPS driver and his family of 4. We will be back, but 7/2-7/7 I had to go with Edgewater in PC Beach. We really do enjoy Blu.
