Our stay was great and the views were amazing. The cleanliness of the condo could have been a little better, but that’s to be expected that it’s not as clean as your own home. Overall the host was great to work with and got us a new coffee pot the next morning as the other one broke the night before. Very comfortable and well stocked for cooking and entertaining. Great balconies with views of beach, sound and sunsets. Dinning tables outside and inside allowed separate kids from adults, which made for more relaxing mealtimes. Access to owners storage closet at ground level for beach items was a real plus. Four bedrooms and baths gave lots of room and privacy for our family. Would certainly recommend for a great vacation.

This is a beautiful condo and very well appointed. When we arrived, we were not very pleased with the cleanliness of the condo, but the rental property manager immediately addressed all of our concerns. The beach was great because it was not overcrowded and mainly families. I would recommend this for families of 10 or less.

Great location right on the beach. Loved the pool, hot tub, and beach access. Layout of the rental is great. Also the patio furniture was great quality and made the outdoor area so enjoyable for our family. The chairs and umbrellas were great, just be sure to talk to the staff at the beach on your first day and they will set the chairs and umbrella up for you every morning with your name on them!

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The views were great. Love that Navarre Beach is so much less commercial than Destin and Pensacola. Only issue we had was the construction on a condo above that started too early and was loud. Hopefully that was a one time event. Will definitely consider going back when it is warmer because the beach is great.

We had the best time at the Belle Mer in Navarre!! It was absolutely gorgeous, with views that were just unbelievable! The set up of the condo was wonderful and provided a great location for my adult children and their significant other to have their own bed/bath combo. We were so close to the beach! The weather was amazing while we were there! Our beach area wasn't crowded, which I loved, we spent time every day with our toes in the sand! This is a beautiful condo with stunning ocean views. It is spacious, clean, and even came with complimentary beach chairs and umbrella that were set up every morning as part of our stay. Check-in and check-out was super convenient, and communication with property manager was prompt and helpful. Everyone we met was very friendly; what a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy our first vacation in 5 years! We had a fabulous stay in this condo. First of all, it has fabulous views! The unit is well appointed, clean, and comfortable for three couples and three adult children (our family). There is a workout room (which I don’t think was in the description, so nice surprise), a nice pool and hot tub, and of course, the beach. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a few miles. We had one minor maintenance issue that was addressed within an hour. This is one of the best places we’ve rented on VRBO!

We LOVE this condo and we also LOVE Coastal Vibes. This is our 2nd year to stay in this condo and the couple of minor things that we reported last year were fixed this year when we got back. So that means the owners and managers do listen and do their best to make the condo as great as possible. I LOVE the view and the beach access. It is the best! We love this condo and love staying here. It is a 4 bedroom but I don't suggest using the bunk bed room for adults. For children, it is great but there isn't enough air flow in the bunk bed room for adults. I totally recommend this condo and Coastal Vibes. Will definitely rent this condo again when we have a large group going with us!

The four bedroom four bath combination was perfect for our family getaway. It allowed us to separate and have our own private time as well as come together in the big living room, eating area combination. The views were spectacular. We did have issues with the air conditioner over the weekend, but someone was sent to fix it on Monday. The battery on the door entry also went out but they sent someone to fix it within two hours.

My family and myself come to Navarre every year for spring break. This was our first time staying at Belle Mer. The check in process was smooth and easy. The owners provided me with everything we needed several weeks beforehand. We had a great stay other than it being unseasonably cold the first half of the week! The condo was great and had everything we needed. The only “annoying” thing was that on windy days/nights, the balcony railing would make so much noise/vibrations, that it would keep several of us up at night. I know nothing can be done about so I just turned my fan up that I brought with me. We had a great time with family and hopefully we can stay again next year!

Rental via VRBO was easy. Checkin and checkout process emailed to us were very detailed and easy. The beds were super comfy. Hardwood look tile throughout for easy cleanup if a little sand got tracked in. We booked more than a year in advance and got a fabulous rate. This place is the place for a family of all shapes and sizes. It has enough space and comfortable beds. Gorgeous views of the beach and we enjoyed our time. The only thing to be aware of is the wind if you don’t like your balcony rails above you humming at night. To us, it provided white noise and was just fine.

If you love to snuggle up on a comfy chair, drink coffee, and watch the dolphins play this is the place for you! The wrap around balcony is amazing and furnished with comfortable couches, chairs, and tables. We would sit out there every night and listen to the ocean while having a cocktail. The condo is also extremely well kept and spotless. I am a germ freak and always read every review before staying somewhere. If this is you as well, rest assured you will be extremely satisfied staying here. We also love that it is not extremely busy around the condo. Navarre is quiet and laid back but Destin and Pensacola aren't far away if you want to go shopping or go out for dinner. We are already planning our next trip!

I hate to give away this hidden gem but this Belle Mer condo is everything we hoped for. Renovated beautifully, the building is quiet even with other families, extremely kid friendly yet great adult amenities. This is without a doubt our new spot. Navarre is fantastic and not overrun. It only takes 6 minutes to make a Publix run!

A very nice apartment with a great view. It was a very enjoyable vacation. It was possible to relax. The only thing that bothered me was that they weren't cleaned thoroughly, but we dealt with it in an hour. I vacuumed and my husband cleaned the floors and wiped the windows. The owner should check the level of service provided by the cleaning company from time to time:)

As pictured, this condo features fantastic views of the gulf and sound from every bedroom. It is perfect for a large family or group of friends as each bedroom has its own bathroom. even the "kids room" is awesome. Two adults could comfortably share the massive bunk bed. Location is perfect if you are looking for a less busy beach than the other commercialized areas. The owner is super responsive and very helpful. Would stay again.

This is our 2nd year of spending two plus months at this unit and we have already booked it for the same period next year. We love the location and the unit is extremely nice. Kudos to Coastal Vibes who manages the property. They do a tremendous job with making sure everything is exactly as one would expect. The View is one of the best I've ever experienced with being able to see both the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sounds with a slight turn of the head. We truly enjoyed our stay as did all of our family that visited during that period.

This rental was just as described and as beautiful as the pictures. The beds were very comfortable, nice sheets and towels. Everything was very clean, the only thing we could not find was an extra blanket or comforter for the pull out couch (we did not need it, but found it would have been useful as we were there during a cold rainy few days). We had the most amazing time with the most perfect view! It’s not to far away from Pensacola or Destin so we had plenty to do. It’s a perfect place to stay if you have a big group and still need space, no one had to share a bed. Highly recommend this beach getaway!

We were amazed by the view as soon as we walked in. You could see the gulf and the bay. The sunsets were stunning. The condo itself was great for our families. We all had private bathrooms and we could have some quiet time also. The two balconies were great for sitting out and chatting. We found some great restaurants nearby and two grocery stores public's and win Dixie just a little over a mile away. Up the road was a Walmart for anything you forgot. The condo is in a great location. We will miss it and the weather.

We could not have asked for a better property! The pictures did not do it justice. We waited for months from the time we booked this until we arrived. We looked at the pictures over and over. When we arrived, it was even better than the pictures. The property manager helped with a minor issue immediately. The rooms were great! The kitchen was great! Balcony was great! Beautiful and spacious condo with wonderful views. The beach is beautiful as well. We have visited this area for 28 years and have seen the growth in the community. We are a family that looks for nice lodging due to the fact that our evenings are spent in the condo instead of on a waiting list at a restaurant. Therefore, I look for a fully stocked kitchen. This condo does have a variety of pots and pans however it might be difficult to cook for fourteen if the place is full. With that being said, there are plenty of dishes and silverware and with an addition of some larger skillets and pots the kitchen would be much improved. Overall, the condo is very nice and the majority of visitors could find everything they need.

Even if this condo was a crap hole (it is the complete opposite) it would be worth the stay just for view alone! We didn't have the best weather our week there(thanks to Ida) so we spent more time in the condo than out. The condo is beautifully decorated & very spacious! Everyone had their own space and never felt cramped. The kitchen is very well stocked and has just about everything you could ever need, even kids utensils, plates, etc. The only recommendation I have is to add more cleaning supplies. We had to go buy swiffer pads, multi surface spray, etc. we will absolutely be back to Belle Mer again!

The unique layout of the condo offered both privacy and community in style and comfort. The panoramic view of The Gulf and The Sound overlooking the picturesque Navarre strip was simply breathtaking. We enjoyed the most spectacular sunrises and sunsets and were even graced with a full moon our last night. My family thoroughly enjoyed this condo! It was perfect for all of us! The kitchen is so well stocked we were able to cook wonderful meals. Having a bath room with each bedroom is a big plus. Especially the one in the king master where two people can take a shower at the same time. The view is one like no other! David was so easy to work with and quick to respond with any concerns or needs we have. We have already suggested this condo to several friends and I am sure will be back in the future!

This place is a natural stunner with the views of the bay & of the ocean. The sunset views from this EXACT condo cannot be beat. Every single day we would rush back to the patio to witness those sunsets. The porch is outfitted with wonderful, high quality furniture perfect for enjoying the outdoor views. The windows in each room take full advantage of the 360 views from ANY room in the condo! The inside has been completely renovated & absolute matches the magnificent vibe that it should for the luxury feeling. Each bed is super comfortable, the pillows & bedding are SOOO plush and make sleeping a dream. Each room is outfitted with large tvs & plenty of charging capabilities. We rarely used any of the tvs due to soaking in the views. But the living room being complete with all kinds of music, and entertainment apps really added the party touch we needed when making meals or cocktails in the extravagantly redone kitchen. The kitchen is more stocked than ANY kitchen i've ever vacationed in! We had TONS of options for cookware, bakeware, and beyond! The bathrooms were top notch, we loved that each bedroom had their own, so that made bathroom breaks and showers a BREEZE! The jets in the second bedroom didn't work, but that is totally fine only one of our guest wanted to try it. The hot tub downstairs was perfectly acceptable for that need! The bathrooms are complete with a few supplies, but a good liquid hand soap would've been great. But nothing a trip to the dollar tree didn't fix! We all loved the rooms, and the in room laundry was soooo useful, we used it a few times within our trip so we didn't have to take home dirty clothes. One of the best things about this condo is the parking, plenty of room for everyone. The pool/hot tub area was immaculate, the bathroom within close vicinity was a great perk! The grounds were always kept clean, and the walk to the beach was incredibly easy, and the reserved beach seating for the room was an incredible perk! We took full advantage of that as much as we could. The beach access is just perfection, the rinse off stations were a great commodity for sandy kids and toes! We didn't use the storage locker or things of that matter but having those options were great. The elevators made moving in & moving out so easy. The linens in the condo were great & the older folks appreciated the extra blankets. We would've loved to have some board games/etc to make the evenings even more fun. The two captains chairs on the dining set probably need to be replaced soon, as the cushion is super saggy & a little scary when you first sit down ahaha but still great room & seating for dining. The pullout couch was great when we wanted to spread out a little more. Overall this condo was just luxurious PERFECTION. We cannot wait to come back, and stay for TWO weeks minimum next time! It was such a wonderful experience!

Most of my life I've heard comments about a million view and that is what you get with Belle Mer 1104. Setting in the Living Room looking out at the Gulf of Mexico and with a slight head turn to the right you are looking directly into the Santa Rosa Sound. The view don't get much better than that! For the 62 days we spent in this condo we had plenty of time to determine what flaws there might be! There were none! The condo is very nicely decorated, the beds were extremely comfortable and the furnishing were quite nice. We've spent time in several condos and none has measured up to the quality and convenience of Belle Mer 1104. One of the attraction to this location for us was the walking/biking trail on the island. Being able to walk out the front of the building and be on this nice trail was a tremendous asset. Of course, who doesn't like to be ocean front with the white sand beach merely steps away. We loved the unit so much that we booked the unit for next year for 66 days! COVID was still going strong during our visit so we did not eat out much but we did order in a good bit. Convenient location to grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacy and most other necessities that one might need. Highly recommend this unit as well as working with Coastal Vibes who provided us with tremendous service.

I have rented vacation condos for 20 years. This condo has the best views I have ever seen. From the living room you can view the ocean and the intracoastal waterway. Sunsets are a show all by themself. Large, clean, and wonderfully decorated. The grounds and pool area are immaculate.

This condo was the best yet! It has the best equipped kitchen I’ve seen yet with everything you would need for your cooking needs. The view was perfect looking down the coast. Lots of seating on the main balcony. This condo is huge! Plenty of room for a large families and more. The bunk in the kids room has huge queen sized beds. All the beds were very comfy! Very well decorated. My grandbaby loved the bean bag as he sat and watched his shows on tv. We also loved watching the dolphins from the balcony. Nothing bad to say about this place, including the facilities. Never had to wait long at all on the elevators. We had no issues with parking. The water and beaches were beautiful and filled with plenty of shells. I fully recommend Belle Mer 1104 for your family getaway!

Belle Mer 1104 was everything we expected and more! The condo has immaculate views, is well furnished, decorated beautifully and it seems no corners were cut during your renovation. The unit was clean and had most everything we needed during our stay (a larger drip-style coffee maker would be nice, we had to make 3-4 pots each morning for the five adults in our family - on second thought, maybe we should just decrease our coffee intake!) The beach in Navarre is wonderful and although we never got in the pool, it was well kept and the perfect size for the condominium. Since we stayed during the COVID-19 pandemic, I feel it is worthwhile to note that the elevators are designated for one family at a time only (very happy about that) and we witnessed staff cleaning them multiple times per day. We had a fantastic week relaxing and enjoying all that Belle Mer had to offer! Thank you for providing our family with the perfect home-away-from-home to rest and recharge! We will be back!
