This is a fantastic place to stay. The house is spotless, furnished thoughtfully, and extremely well equipped. The location is so peaceful but still very close to the beach. It is obvious the owner really took time to make sure this was a great experience for any one staying in the home. Shortly after we arrived, the owner touched base with us to make sure everything was in order and we were happy. I highly recommend this rental home without reservation. Perfect.

Beautiful condo! There were 8 of us and we did not feel on top of each other. The condo is exactly what it looks like in the pictures, except for the beach...it is much closer! The view is gorgeous and we even saw dolphins swimming from the balcony. If you have kids be sure to check out the Gulfarium (5 minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk on the beach towards the pier). Crab Island is also fun. If you want great food go across the street to Stewby's. If you are looking for a relaxing family vacation this is it!

Perfect location! Host was always fast at answering questions. All of my kids and their spouses came. The layout is perfect for everyone to have their own space. The condo was clean and beautiful !! Great view of the beach and pool. Love being on the second floor. Close to elevator to get down to pool. Park on the second floor of garage and cross over to get to condo. Very easy!!

We had an overall good experience staying at this property. The convenience of the parking and getting luggage in and out was great and easy. Furniture was a bit out dated with the living room area not being very comfortable but that is the only complaint. With it being only a 6 floor place it was very nice to not have to wait long on the elevators. The pool area and facility were kept very clean. It was very nice to have beach chairs come with the room! Ft Walton was not crowded and we were able tog at in and out of restaurants quickly. We would definitely stay at this place again.

I hate to write this review, not because of the efficiency, cleanliness or amenities, but because now others might make it more difficult for us to book the Azure 212 again. We had seven adults, a child and an infant, but never never felt squeezed. Everyone had a room and the kitchen was all we could ask for for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinners. Great family togetherness. The oceanfront view was fantastic (sunny and in the 70's), the heated pool was huge and the hot tub was all anyone could ask for. Check-in and parking was a breeze (codes supplied before we got there), no spring break noise, workout room was great as well as family runs on a quiet Santa Rosa street or on the beach. Sand is like baby powder. Water front restaurants within walking distance or a short few minutes drive and Publix, Walmart, Sams just minutes away. Really couldn't ask for much more and if someone left a bad review about this place or the Azure, they are just nit-picking. Hope this helps.

loved the location and the view, every appliances worked great. Cleaners were nice. A security chain on the front door is needed as we travel with toddlers who can open doors. a grab bar is needed in the main bath of the hall as the tub is extremely high to step over . Beach chair guys are a little lax about setting up chairs, saying first come first serve leaving the guest to hunt for an open set,

What a great place for vacation. The condo and resort were both well maintained and everything you could ask for at an oceanfront condo. Pool and beach convenience are the All-Stars of this property. Two large pools and a short boardwalk to the beach are only steps from the building. There are plenty of elevators (no waiting), pool chairs, and beach chairs to accommodate the building. Take your time setting up and enjoy both the pools and ocean. The condo is also 5 minutes or less to all the food, dessert, and entertainment you would want. We loved our week in the Fort Walton area.

We enjoyed our stay. Balcony overlooked the pool and had a great view of the beach. There was plenty of room for our two families. The bunk bed room was a hit with the kids. Location was great. We were walking distance from some good food and activities. Destin was a short drive away. We would stay here again. When choosing a place on the beach, be sure to get out there early to get a good spot.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and very clean we had a few issues with the room but they were fixed immediately. The only complaint we had is there isn’t a sprayer for the kitchen sink so it was very difficult to clean it out. But other than that it was great!

Great condo setup, 4BR/3BTH was really nice to have for a family of 5. Easy access to pool and beach. Shoreline by Azure is gently sloping to the water versus other areas we saw that had steeper sloped beaches. Nice on-site parking and close to good food. Overall great place to stay.

Everyone was great. The guys putting out the chairs every day at the beach were friendly. Host was very responsive and friendly even the people at the front were great. The property was everything advertised. The condo worked out so well for our family of 8. The views from the balcony are fantastic! Being on the second floor and having the pool right below us was a plus as the grandchildren could swim and we could watch them from the balcony. Having the extra beach chairs and toys was an unexpected surprise! We enjoyed our week there, taking in the Gulfarium, Wild Willies Adventure Land, fishing on the pier, and many great restaurants all within walking distance, and a few days of beach/pool fun and sun! We all said we would definitely come back again!

We felt right at home at this place. There were 3 couples and a toddler. We all were able to have our own space, but lots of great spaces for socializing. The kitchen was beautiful and we loved how open the kitchen, living, and porch were. Even when cooking we enjoyed the sunsets!
The place was clean and well decorated. We really enjoyed the patio and lots of furniture to sit and enjoy the beach after a fun day. We would definitely vacation here again!

David was extremely helpful for our stay and the condo is amazing. Beautiful view of the Gulf and right at the pool and beach access. We saw dolphins in the mornings and cooler breeze in the evening. The place is roomy, with lots of space to hang out, although you won't want to stay inside. Had everything we needed.

Amazing location and love the second floor parking so we did not have to mess with elevators for loading and unloading. Property manager stopped by just to check on our stay while we were there! The condo is just as described, wi try great views of the gulf and even watched dolphins in the mornings while enjoying coffee. Access to the beach is easy and effortless which was nice with small children. The pool area is well maintained and very clean, the one on the left looking at the ocean is heated which made it nice!! The condo itself has most cooking utensils needed as well as several stocked items to get your week started. Wonderful stay. The condo was perfect for our group of 8. It’s clean and had everything we needed. It needs a little TLC, but this is expected w vacation rentals. Great location. Restaurant’s and activities within walking distance. The condo is right above the pool which was great for us because we could watch our kids. My only “need” would be the bunk room needs a chest of drawers. We love this condo, and will be back! We were there for Gulf Coast World Series of baseball, and this was only 10 minutes from fields. Memories made !

Condo was great! We were a family of 5 adults and 2 children (4 yrs and 20 months) The location (2nd floor overlooking the pool) couldn’t have been better. The grounds are beautiful and everything was kept immaculate. My 20 month old grandson absolutely loved, loved, loved the pool’s splash pad! The location was very close to a number of restaurants, several within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this condo unit.

This condo is directly on a great beach! We enjoyed a quick swim in the pool each evening after enjoying the beach. The unit is spacious and very comfortable. (We traveled with 6 adults. )
The kitchen was clean! The patio was nice to sit out on for breakfast or after dinner.
We had one rainy day so we enjoyed bowling in Ft. Walton Beach!
Our favorite restaurant was Marina Cafe in Destin. WE also enjoyed the Old Bay Steamer (just across the street!).

Amazing beach view. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. Great location. The only inconvenience I woke up in the morning and I got a hand man in side of the apartment without any notice. It was really scared and disrespectful.

We have stayed on Okaloosa Island many times & this has been our favorite place yet. Accomodations were wonderful. Loved that the pool was right below us, so we could sit on balcony and watch our older kids play in pool. The kitchen was one of the most fully stocked kitchens we have seen in a condo. There were 8 of us --2 adults & 6 children ages 11-16 -- and there was plenty enough room for everyone comfortably. We will definitely stay here again!

This condo was absolutely amazing. The communication from the host was clear and very helpful. The location is unparalleled due to the closeness too the beach from the condos as well as the convenience of restaurants, dessert spots, boardwalk, and putt putt all within walking distance.
The beach is breathtaking and there really aren't many other words that can grasp the beauty of Okaloosa Island.
The condo itself is beautiful, well stocked and the perfect spot to enjoy a vacation.
The balcony is the perfect place to watch the waves during the heat peaks during the day and to listen to the waves at night.
We are already talking about next year's trip.

Our stay here was great. Perfect location to the beach and pools. Being on the second floor was also a plus because we didn’t have to wait for the elevator to go to and from the parking garage. You can walk across the breezeway out to the top deck. This condo had plenty of storage and the room sizes were great. The bunk room was larger than it appeared in photos and the kids loved it. The list of recommendations for restaurants and activities that was included by the owner was a great resource to have.

We had 2 rentals on the 2nd F for a 21st Bday celebration - 16 total with kids & adults. This is a great location - walking distance to the pier and many bars/restaurants. Rooms were as shown, everything was clean, and the kitchen included all the necessary items to cook for a group. Some of the appliances need to be replaced, but other than that we would recommend this location! We rented jet ski's and a pontoon boat one afternoon and went to Crab Island; and part of our group went deep sea fishing another day. Lots of other activities within walking distance - mini golf, go-karts, etc. Great vacation!

We booked this property for us and our friends to kick off our wedding! We are familiar with Azure as our family owns a condo here, but we wanted a place to stay with our closest friends and this did the job! It was beautifully decorated, we were more than pleased. We had a wonderful time and this was a perfect condo for our family, including our 2 young kids and 3 grandparents. We especially appreciate all of the extra beach gear included with the condo that made life so much easier by not having to pack or buy extra toys, chairs, etc for the beach. My only 2 criticisms are small, but worth mentioning. First, the condo was clean, but the master shower could use a redo. The shower pan pools water and there are some spots of mold in the tile/grout. Otherwise everything was very clean. Second, the kitchen was extremely well stocked, but only had two dish towels. Unless you're planning on doing laundry every day, you'll need more. We would definitely book here again when we come back!

We enjoyed our stay and found everything just as it was listed on VRBO. The accommodations were great for our family, 5 adults and 3 children. The views from the balcony are stunning, we were even blessed to watch dolphins. The beach was closer than we expected, it was great! There was plenty of cookware, dishes, utensils and towels. Property manager was very responsive when we had questions. There were plenty of things to do that were very close. We enjoyed several of the seafood restaurants nearby and visited the Gulfarium which is also very close. No noise from neighbors just the amazing sound of the gulf waves!! We give this unit 5 stars, we would definitely stay here again on a return trip. Mike D

Property was exactly as pictured! Great stay and the property manager was available and helpful. I loved how much seating was available on the balcony and all the beach chairs and beach items to take down to the beach. The walk to the beach was super short and there was a great view! Would definitely stay there again!

We didn't have very long for a quick getaway, but we were desperate to visit a gorgeous beach. We booked Azure 212 and we were not disappointed. The place pretty much lives up to the pictures. The dining table could do with a minor upgrade, but everything was as seen. So much room for a large family or for a close knit group of friends. Having the ocean and pool literally right outside of our door was the icing on the cake. The weather was perfect the day and a half we spent and the beach was exactly what we needed. The chair staff was very helpful on the beach. This place is my number one pick for next year. So far I can't find a date because obviously everyone likes Azure212 as much as we do.

This was the best vacation we've been on in years! First, David & Coastal Vibes were nothing short of wonderful to work with from beginning to end. Very kind people and they address any issues quickly. The condo...where to start...I think my favorite part was the view. The 2nd floor is just perfect. I've never seen such gorgeous beaches and sunsets from the HUGE balcony. When going on vacations, we NEVER visit the same place twice, but we've already talked about coming back next year! Easy check-in/check out procedure. Large balcony with great view of the Gulf. The freezer took 3 days to start freezing, and the refrigerator had a drawer and a shelf missing so storage was limited. The dishwasher had a strong smell of mildew so we stopped using it. The unit is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the temperature was perfect. The kitchen is well stocked. We had plenty room for our large group. Overall, very nice condo! We would stay there again.

Super responsive host, 5-star! It was needed as we were the first guests to stay right as the covid rental ban was lifted. Many uncertainties surrounding our reservation, but David was very helpful and accommodating as public guidelines changed. The unit has an amazing view overlooking the pool area and so convenient to the white sand everyone loves. Also convenient to the garage or a quick ride in the elevators that never had a long wait. We’d definitely come back!

Hi Our stay at Azure 212 was great. We had no problem booking the condo. The stay was great, even had a few rainy cool days. Our visitors had a great time helping us celebrate our 50th Wedding anniversary on Valentines day. Enough room for two couples from out military years. We had great memories to go over and the sunsets were beautiful also the view of Gulf was beautiful. Even got to see Dolphins twice. Beds were very comfortable, (I am 4 ft. 8.5 " so needed a small stool to get into the bed in the Master bedroom. Hope to be back to Azure again next year.

This place was snagged for a trip for 7 of us ladies who have not seen each other in a few years as life gets in the way.
The condo was perfect for this! David was very accommodating with quick emails on questions I asked before booking, and he made the booking experience easy peasy, complete with full packet on information to make it easier. We were so impressed by the cleanliness of not only the condo but the grounds and hallways and such. We will definitely consider this again!
