We had the best time! The location was key! Right on the corner and next to the pool and hot tub was the perfect spot. It was quick and easy to get to from the parking garage. The access to the beach being so close was amazing too! We would come back in a heartbeat!

We (12 people,2 families: 4 adults and 8 kids total) stayed for a week. It was the nicest place we've stayed at to date. Two master style bedrooms with their own bathrooms and two other rooms sharing a third bathroom was perfect. The bathrooms were super nice. The full size bunk beds were fantastic for sleeping doubled (especially smaller kids). The pool and beach access were pretty much as good as it could be. Located on the first floor, but on the end of the row so we were hidden from any spectators from the pool area, nice and private. Couldn't ask for a better setup. Only minor things that could have been improved (lacked oven mits or an icecream scoop, the dishwashers lower rack was a bit unwieldy when loading or unloading dishes, would have liked more kids streaming services). Was super impressed overall and the staff we encountered were also fantastic. Definitely looking forward to staying again, hopefully sooner than later!

We had a great overall experience in Azure 118! Condo was well kept, in a great location and the perfect size and setup for our large family. The owners were very organized and great to communicate with. The beach was steps away, but there was also a ton of great things to do within minutes of the condo. Place was clean upon arrival. Family loved the queen size, double bunk beds. Quiet space. No neighbor or outside noise. Restaurant, ice cream shop, putt putt, and other things across the street. Two pools allow guests to spread out some. Highly recommend.

The condo is first floor on the end of the building. Loved having easy access to the pool and beach without having stairs or elevators. Being on the far end I could hear the waves at night instead of the pool noises (the hot tub was really loud mechanically not just from people). We could still even see the gulf a bit even though the dunes blocked it a bit. The room setup was great. Kids shared the bunk room and twin bedroom with the Jack and Jill bath. My husband and I had a room with our own bath and my parents took the master with its own bath as well. The twin bunk room sometimes smelled a bit like mildew and you could see some mold in a few places. I think that comes with the territory. We had all the appliances we needed and the drive to Publix for food was just a couple minutes. Thanks for a great vacation!

This is a great condo unit. The 1st floor end unit location is great for an easy walk out to the pool and beach but quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the pool area. The condo is exactly like the listing pictures and is very spacious for a large group. The beds are very comfortable, they provided plentiful bath towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication from David was very clear, detailed and timely. The unit is starting to show some wear and tear and does need a deep clean. This might just have to do with the timing of our trip being at the end of the year. This was our second time selecting one of David's rentals and another great experience. Thank you so much for a great rental.

Was a wonderful stay at the beach. Oceanfront condo was great. Great location, easy to get to. They were very accommodating, we had to bring an extravehicle and they were quick to help us out with parking. Had everything we needed as described, even some extras like water toys.

It was a perfect location to Fort Walton and Destin. The parking and pool/beach access was very easy. The condo needs a little bit of paint touch up and a new dryer. The bunk room needs a dresser for clothes. The property management team was very responsive and very friendly when we needed a larger trashcan and had issues with the dryer. Overall, it was a great place to stay and we had a really good time. We would rent this unit again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at Azure Condominium on Okaloosa Island in Florida.. We booked through Coastal Vibe Vacations and the booking process was very easy and stream lined. The condominium was very spacious, clean and comfortable. If we had any issues in the condominium it was addressed promptly and the service/maintenance people were friendly, helpful and made sure everything was working before they left the unit. Our group of 10 (62 yrs - 5 year old) were very comfortably spread out between the 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. We liked that all bedrooms were en-suite with one jack-and-Jill bath which could be entered from the hall and the bedroom. We loved that the master was on the other side of the condo from the rest of the bedrooms. Walking out directly to the pool entrance and the 1 minute walkway to the beach were definite pluses of the ground level!! It was very clean and crisp. Just be aware that there is no shampoo and just small soap bars. We knew that before we came so not a problem. The beach toys and shovels were fun for the kids! Thanks for a great stay, David!! We will be back!!

We loved having a ground floor condo with easy access to the pools and beach. The condo was very large with plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 grandchildren. It was nice coming and going from our unit without needing to use the elevator. It was also nice having chairs and umbrellas set up for us every day on the beach. The beach chair guys were very nice and helpful. We were blessed with great weather all week. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Our stay at this property was great! The beds were comfortable, rooms were updated and clean, and kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed being on the first floor where we could easily access the pool and beach. The built in queen bunk beds were a huge bonus for a family with kids. The condo was accurately depicted in the pictures, we had 16, 9 adults, and 7 kids and we all fit just fine. The condo was well stocked with what we needed in the kitchen. The ground floor location was great with small kids, just a short walk to the pool or beach. The pool area was very clean and chairs were plentiful. The condo is beautiful and such a perfect location. We loved being on the first floor and end unit. Everything was as expected. We wished there were more hooks or towel bars as it was difficult to hang towels or suits to dry, but dryer does work well. That would be our only suggestion. We loved that we had ice cream, mini golf and the seafood market right across the street as well. Great beach area, the bridge out was so accessible. Was perfect for our 91 year old grandma to get out to the beach with us.

Azure 118 was PERFECT for our family vacation!! There was plenty of room for all of us!! The access to the beach was so convenient for us carrying all of our stuff and for my elderly dad to walk. We drove from Dallas, TX and I liked this place much better than being in the middle of Destin. It is on the 1st floor, no elevators needed. Couple of steps away from the pool and the beach. You can still see the beach from the balcony. Rooms were great, especially the room with 4 bunk beds. 2 kids can sleep on each bed. I would definitely come back here.

This condo was exactly what we expected from the pictures. We loved that it was on the bottom floor. David Jenn was very responsive and responded quickly. On day 1 the Keurig was not working. I messaged David and we had a new Keurig sent to our condo within minutes. The pool and hot tub area was very nice! The complimentary beach chair rental was a great bonus! The kids loved staying in the adorable bunk bed room! I would definitely stay here again!
