We had a previous place booked and they cancelled last minute so LUCKILY we were able to find this place!!! We were weary of staying on the floor level, BUT we LOVED it!!! It was so nice being able to sit on the patio and watch the kids swim. We also didn’t have to drag the sandy items through the room so that means less sand in the room!! The room had plenty of room for the 9 of us!!! It was very clean, updated, and extremely nice!!! The furniture was my kinda style so I loved it all! We arrived early and they were able to get us in sooner than check in which was a huge plus!! If you are questioning renting this place, DO IT!!! We have already asked about booking it again for a later date!!! The pool was steps away from the room and it was warm, the hot tub felt amazing, and the beach service was a plus. Like I said. BOOK IT!! You will NOT be disappointed!!!

Our stay was amazing. We truly enjoyed all the space provided, and there were plenty of beds to accommodate the family. Everyone was very comfortable the whole time. There was plenty of dishes and cook ware in the kitchen. The location is right in front of the pool and hot tub, making things extremely convenient. It is even right in front of the parking garage. We loved our stay and will be back :)

We had a fabulous week at this Azure condo. This first floor condo is literally about 10 steps from the pool. So convenient. And only a short walk to the beach. When we arrived and noticed a problem with the coffee maker, I texted the owner and we had a new one delivered early the next morning. Very responsive host and a perfect condo and location for a relaxing time with family. We will be back!

First off the condo is super nice , minus a few small inconveniences such as one of the stove burners did not work. The condo comfortably fit our family of twelve. The walk to the beach was not far at all. However I rented an extra set of chairs and umbrella for Mon-Thur and was only reserved those On Monday and Tuesday. The rest of the week we did not even have the regular chairs that are supposed to come with the condo. This was a tad frustrating as we had a large group with us. We made the best of it and spent most of our time by the pool. I prefer to be on the beach but when you have no umbrella for shade it can make it harder to enjoy especially when you have a small child and elderly people. If you’re thinking of renting this condo I recommend it. It’s a. I’ve place and parking is great.

We are so sorry that the beach service company did not honor the complimentary beach service throughout the week. We have not heard of that happening before. We traveled with our family of all ages and the location and easy access to the pool, beach, car, etc was nothing short of perfect! Rooms were just what we needed, comfortable beds, cozy living environment, amenities beyond what we needed…had a couple issues that were addressed immediately with great communication with staff. For the last three years we've booked this same location at Fort Walton beach and continue to enjoy our time. The first floor access is perfect for our family. The booking process and communication is outstanding, with no problems. This year we even got earlier access and was so grateful to have this as it truly gave us an additional day in our condo. Only recommendations might be enhancing the space with newer furnishings and decor, kitchen items (as I was aware other condos had air fryers, etc..), and patio mat or beach item. Overall we would continue to book this condo as our schedule allows.

This condo was AMAZING. We have 12 people and we had plenty of space and all able to be in the condo comfortably. The condo and property were clean and well taken care of. We had a issue with the stove and maintenance was there within a hour two tops. Kids are already asking to visiting again next summer! We have the BEST vacation and can’t wait to come back!

The condo was very clean with a well stocked kitchen. There were 7 of us and we had enough room for our 1 week stay. Master bedroom mattress is very old & needs replacing. Notified property manager. All other beds were comfortable. Oven may need a new heating element and was also mentioned to the property manager to have looked at. Company is very easy to deal with. We had a great stay and are very thankful for the heated pool and hot tub since the weather was not so accommodating. Overall nice property with convenient parking and great beach access.

All 11 of us were able to stay in this condo! It was so nice to be on the ground floor with access to the hot tub and pool just right out the gulf side doors. Then just a few more feet on the other side of the pool, open a gate and you were at the beach and its beautiful water and white sugar sand . Security was great and at 10:00 PM, everyone was out of the pool and hot tub. So no noise issues . The convenience of having a top rated restaurant right across the road was pretty handy also.

Just Amazing!
The space looks exactly as advertised but was a little larger than I expected. The walkout to the pool and beach access was invaluable and made the trip that much more enjoyable.
Parking was just steps away and they even had designated area for vehicles over 7’2”(which was me) in the parking garage.
Staff was out every morning and the grounds as well as the beach were spotless. This beach has lifeguards patrolling, which I thought was really nice.

We can't say enough about the wonderful time we had at the Azure this winter. The condo was perfect and we couldn't have asked for better weather. This is our 7 th winter we have spent at the Azure and every year seems to be better than the last. Coastal Vibes was so easy to work with and the condo was top notch. We loved the location of this unit for easy access to the pool, hot tub, and beach. We have already booked this unit for next winter. I also recommended your units to other snowbirds and they booked for next winter. One is renting 218 and the other has 107 reserved. I am sure they will be as happy as we are with Coastal Vibe. Thank you so much for your hospitality and sharing the condo with us. In about 10 months we will get to share your condo again and we can't wait. Thanks again.

The property was beautiful and very kept. The condo was just as pictured. It worked well for our family of 12. The hot tub and heated pool were steps away. So there are people right outside your patio the whole time they are open. My children and my grandkids thought it was great but I would have preferred a couple of doors, either way, away from that . The only low rating I gave this place was for cleanliness. All the main things were clean; toilet, tub, beds, kitchen but it could use a deeper cleaning every so often. Baseboards dirty, corners filled with sand, wall decor needs dusted. If you look pass those sort of things you will enjoy your stay. The property is secure, family orientated, the pier is in walking distance and Stewby's across the street is a good place to eat. The ice cream shop across the street is also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo 106 was a perfect fit for our family. It’s location was wonderful. We were in Ft. Walton for a granddaughters wedding so we had a lot of other family members in the same resort. 106 was the best location! Easy access to pool, beach, parking garage! Everything was a breeze! Great for families with kids. Ice cream shop across the street was a huge hit. Walk to several great restaurants. Highly recommend Steweys. My only complaint and it has nothing to do with the condo or coastal vibes was the very strict pool rules. Loved the location with several restaurants in walking distance. Close to Board Walk and Gulfarium. Not as crowded as Destin but can drive there in 15 minutes.

The location had something for everyone in the family. We were so close to the pool that it allowed our young one to nap while I could stay by the pool with the older kids. The quick walk over the bridge to the beach was perfect for those with little legs and we could enjoy fishing right from the shore in the morning.

We had such a wonderful week as a family at 106. The location and proximity to the pool and beach was ideal with 3 children under the age of 5. The condo itself was very pretty inside and outside. Overall well kept! The property managers were very prompt with their responses and communicated throughly to make the entire vacation a breeze. My only negative was the hot tub right outside our unit. We tend to go to bed early with young children; so the use of the hot tub at night with the noise wasn’t always enjoyable. We are very thankful and blessed to have stayed at Azure 106!

We traveled from Wisconsin for a girls trip and happened across this ground floor unit. It did not disappoint. The bedrooms were nicely sized and there were two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Being able to walk out the door and hop in the hottub was a definite plus!! The free beach service was awesome as well. Get there with your morning coffee, watch the sunrise and stake your claim on your umbrella and chairs. All you have to do is grab your cooler with your cocktails and everything is set up for you. Condo is located close to the parking garage, so no lugging suitcases too far A definite must stay...would we go again?? An absolute YES!!

Condo had everything we needed. Ground floor right next to the pool is great. Kitchen had all necessary items. Beds were comfy. Condo was very clean. Stayed at Azure before but first time at this particular property. Weather was great. Walking distance to a number of good restaurants and shops. Also close to grocery stores. We cooked out a few nights on the grills. Had a blast and we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was well stocked and there was plenty of room for us to sit and hangout in the living/kitchen area! There are plenty of pool toys for children and extra chairs to bring down to the beach. The hot tub and pool at the back door can’t be beat! Totally worth it!!

We had 6 adults and 5 children. It had plenty of room for everyone to have space. We were all able to play games in the living/dining area without being crowded. We ordered out and all ate in the room several nights. We also had plenty of room and supplies to cook breakfast daily. We love that this property is close enough to visit Destin but also away from the chaotic traffic. I recommend soending a day at Crab Island. The condo is on the bottom floor and is perfect for walking out and going straight to the pool, hot tub or beach. We were able to watch fireworks from Okaloosa pier, Destin, another pier, the beach and behind the resort all while sitting by the pool. I loved the book in the condo that everyone fills out giving recommendations of places to eat or visit. The ocean was beautiful this entire week. We swam next to dolphins and a sea turtle. Their were a few tiny jellyfish the first 2 days that gave a little sting but not enough to deter us. The people that rent these condos are friendly and trustworthy. We never worried about leaving things on our bottom floor balcony. I gave fewer stars for cleanliness because we had to wash all of the towels and wash cloths before using them. They smelled like poop. We noticed as soon as we opened the cabinets that they were in. We also had to clean the can rings off of the table and kitchen counter. The first 2 rooms had to be swept. The livingroom rug had so much sand under it that it slid around. The twin room had used blood sugar test strips and the other had cracker crumbs and the wrapper. This does not bring down the overall rating though because the room has everything that you need for a weeks stay and David Jenn is easily accessible. We have stayed in this unit twice and will definitely return.

We appreciate you staying with us and glad you loved the condo and your stay. Sorry about the towels. They were brand new towels and must have had some of the packaging smell. We had just brought them and replaced them. We hope you will come back and stay with us again.

This condo worked perfect for us as we had small children who napped and we were able to sit right outside our patio door and enjoy the others in the pool while they napped. The bunk room worked nicely for the grandchildren. The pool is really large and the beach is awesome. We were able to walk to the Gulfarium too.

Great condo at a great location! We rented Azure 106 and a second condo for a family vacation. Things worked out fantastically! The layout of Azure 106 was perfect. We had some very young children so the ground level condo worked well for us. Just a few steps to the pool, and a couple minutes to the beach. Also, even on the ground floor we had an ocean view! Off property, we enjoyed the ice cream and putt-putt right across the street. The Gulfarium was the perfect way to spend our one rainy afternoon. We also enjoyed meals out at Dewey Destin’s, The Crab Shack and The Donut Hole in Destin. All 3 accommodated our 4 children that are 3 and younger very well! Back at Azure, having the very nice grills accessible for our use at the condos was great! Overall, a fantastic week and we plan to return!!!

We were very happy with Azure 106! We stayed for 5 weeks, had our daughter's family of 9 for 10 days. There was plenty of room for all of us. We also had a sibling group of 8 and that worked well too! Kitchen and bathrooms were well supplied. Rooms were spacious. Decor was lovely. Hot tub and pool were very convenient. Several family members with physical limitations loved the ground floor access. The only downside - the beach access was closed for rebuilding and that made the walk to the beach very long for those with physical limitations.

This condo fit our family need perfectly. The 4 bedroom has 2 bedrooms with King beds and private bath each, 1 room with twins for grandparent with bath off their room and also access to hall where grandkids shared the bunk room across for this bath. It's well equipped, clean, and best of all was easy acces to pool and beach right from condo. Had to email Dave with a question which was answered in a very timely manner. All the needed info we needed was sent. Easy check in and out. Hope to stay here again.

Our family loved this first floor oceanfront condo! The convenience of walking right out your sliding glass doors to the pool/ocean was priceless! We had four small children and it was so convenient to go back and forth from the pool to the condo. We had a great time and I would highly recommend this unit and the Azure for a Destin vacation!

We loved our stay! The condo was very comfortable for all of us (9). We loved the easy access to the pool- right outside the patio doors! And the boardwalk just steps beyond the pool. The added touch of two chairs and umbrella already set up each day was so nice! The beach is beautiful! The water was so clear. We’ve been to other areas along the Florida coastline and this was a favorite. We can’t wait to book another stay at Azure 106!

We had a great time! 7 adults and a toddler and still had plenty space. David was phenomenal in providing top notch service during our stay. The unit was missing part of the blender, I emailed him and a new one was there in a couple hours... amazing.! Accommodations were perfect in every room, comfy beds and the decor was very nice. Easy parking and short walk to our chairs on the beach. Made great family memories 🌊

One of the best places our family has ever stayed !! Loved being on the first floor that walked right out to pool and hot tub area !! We had 10 people .. my husband & myself, then our children ages 25 to 16 .. we had plently of room and some to spare !! We definitely will be back !!! Def. visit CRAB ISLAND while there, we rented a pontoon boat for the day !! 🦀 🏝 It was sooo much fun !!! Thank u again for the great memories !!

Our family stayed here for Spring Break and had a blast. Our kids aged 17, 14 & 11 each had a friend and the condo fit us perfectly. The condo was spacious, well maintained, decorated beautifully and had all the amenities for a week long stay. My favorite part was the easy access to the pool/hot tub and beach. Being on the ground floor, we could walk right through the sliding glass door and out to the pool area. The weather was cooler than expected and the heated pool and hot tub was perfect! The beach was a quick walk beyond the pool. It was nice to have 2 chairs and an umbrella waiting for us each day. Check in and check out was a breeze. There are several restaurants within walking distance of the condo-but we didn’t try them. There’s a Publix right across the bridge on Miracle Pkwy that’s only minutes away and a Whole Foods in Destin. We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I could not have asked for a better vacation from the beginning to the end. David, at Coastal Vibe Vacations, was fantastic throughout our stay. We were vacationing during the week Irma was scheduled to make landfall in Florida. This condo was home for the week of June 3. We chose it because of the gorgeous online photos and the first-floor easy-access. With four generations in tow (ranging from 87 to 7), we needed lots of room and no stairs. It was so nice to park just steps from the unit, and walk straight out to the beach. The renovations are very nice, and the decor is well done. Best of all, David was extremely responsive to our requests during our stay. Our granddaughter absolutely loved the custom built-in upper bed in the "not-so-bunk" room. The nautical lights are a great touch! She had to be coaxed to leave her "hideout." PROS: location, access, extremely comfy beds, exquisite bed linens, responsive manager, decor/vibe CONS: minor issues that were immediately addressed Would definitely recommend this condo and this management company. Will return.

We stayed for a week in Azure 106 with our four adult children and their spouses and four-year-old grandson. My son and his wife arrived first and texted, "Condo is much nicer than expected!" and that was true for the entire experience. The condo was beautifully decorated, updated, and spacious. Even though we had eleven people in our group, we never felt cramped. One couple slept on the pull-out couch in the living room, and our grandson slept on the trundle. Storage was ample and the full-sized washer and dryer were a plus. The kitchen was roomy and well-equipped for the meals we took turns cooking. One night we used the grill. There was plenty of seating around the table for games in the evening and on the patio for hanging out. The entire facility is top-notch, with the pool and hot tub just steps off the patio. The beach was the easiest access we've ever had. We made some great memories and definitely want to return. David was such a helpful host with great communication. Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us.

We loved this condo!! It was perfect for our family vacation. We had 8 adults and everyone had space. The location was awesome, we were literally steps from the pool (maybe 10!) right outside the back door and a 1 minute walk to the beach. The included 2 chair beach set up with umbrella was amazing. We could sit out in the shade or sun and just enjoy the beach without worry. The beds were comfortable which is always a worry at rentals, the washer and dryer and all appliances worked perfectly. We used the gas grills multiple times. The management company also included some activity recommendations and we used their name to get a $50 discount on a boat rental one day! We ended up staying an extra day and they made that transaction simple. I can't say enough about the unit or the company. We hope to return and will look for other units they manage.
