The communication was great. Check-in and check-out was easy. The condo was excellent. It was clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. There was a Publix close to the unit as well as plenty of restaurants close with good food (with the exception of AJ's). We highly recommend it.

Nice, big condo with lots of room. It is on the ground floor with a view of the gulf. It also has two big pools to enjoy. There are lots of restaurants and places to go. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a great time staying here. The location was prime right as you got across the bridge and near some great food places and attractions. The beds were all comfy. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items although it was missing basic seasoning like salt and pepper, oil etc. Check in was a piece of cake. We will be staying here again if we come to this area.

Nicest condo we have ever stayed it. Equipped with EVERYTHING you need for a wonderful relaxing vacation. Cooked most of our meals at the condo, no need to leave! The location is convenient in every way possible. Parking is so easy, feels like you live there, love the garage and door codes. Bunk beds are seriously SO cool. I wanted to sleep in there as a 30 year old adult. The updates and high ceilings are beautiful and make the space feel so much bigger. Honestly bigger than what it looks like in pictures. We have 3 couples and 6 kids and each family had their own bedroom and bathroom. Chairs and umbrella were set up and taken down every day FOR FREE which was such a nice bonus. Don’t have to lift a finger.. Beautiful weather all week, rented a paddle board from the chair guys for 100 for the day, WELL WORTH IT! It was so nice for everyone to be able to get on the water without getting in, it was a bit chilly with it only being April. They picked up paddle board when they picked up the chairs and umbrella which was very convenient. We will definitely be back every year!!!!

We had a great stay at Azure 101! The condo is VERY near the parking garage, which made unloading very convenient. We found a clean, well-stocked condo with everything we needed. Our group was 3 couples & 6 children ages 3-16, and everyone had fun. Each family had their own bathroom. The king beds were WONDERFUL. The kids loved the bunk room. The queen bunks allowed for them to share comfortably. One minor issue was addressed promptly and resolved to our complete satisfaction. We LOVED being on the first floor at the end of the building. The pool was just outside our back door, but we still had privacy. The walk to the beach was short. We didn't even bring much with us because it was so easy to walk back for snacks, sunscreen touch-ups, etc. Our only "complaint" (if you can call it that) was the prohibition of hanging towels on the outside railing. We understand the purpose is to maintain the aesthetic, which is reasonable. However, the result is that towels are hung EVERYWHERE inside the condo - over doors, chairs, shower rods, etc. And that is both inconvenient for guests because they don’t dry and damaging to the condo owner’s property. There need to be towel hooks on every available wall inside the condo. This was a minor hiccup in a wonderful trip that we’ll remember for a very long time. We appreciate the efforts of the owner and staff to present and maintain such a nice property with such thought and care for guests. We would love to stay at Azure 101 again!

The condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of room for six adults and three children. We love being steps from the pool but yet plenty of privacy on the corner. The walk to the beach was easy too. Kids loved it. The condo was clean with a well stocked kitchen. Check in was easy. No issues. We enjoyed our patio too. The laundry room was one of the best I have seen. The view is spectacular. There is an easy and very convenient access to the pool and the beach. Wednesday night we walked to the fishing pier…much to our surprise, we witnessed a spectacular fireworks display. Apparently, they do fireworks every Wednesday night on the pier during the summer! We were fishing that night and stayed till 4 a.m. fishing We caught a ton of fish! The condo is the perfect spot. It’s located nearest the parking garage. There is plenty of handicap parking. We used 3 of them with our group. There are handcarts in the lobby to help transport luggage, groceries and other supplies. The condo is an end unit that is very private. It appears to be soundproof—my bunch was loud and no one complained about the noise. We felt at home in this unit. The 4 queen bunk beds are fun to sleep in after a long and hot day in the pool or beach. Each bunk had its own light. The other 3 rooms were spacious and comfy. The 3 full bathrooms were used often and at the same time. No issues with hot water running out. This was the Perfect place to spend Memorial Day week! Plenty of restaurants to walk to, so no need to worry about driving in Tourist traffic to find food. There is a gas station a block away. Publix grocery store a mile or 2 nearby! We give this place 24 thumbs up! Thank you!

The unit was very well stocked with kitchen items and linens. So convenient to walk right out to the pool and the beach. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room for all. I would highly recommend this for a family get together and I would definitely stay again if I were in the area.

We absolutely loved it. Conveniently close to the beach and the pool. Walking distance to numerous restaurants and the pier. Roomy for our multi generational family of 11. Very clean well furnished. The queen quad bunk beds were a big hit with our granddaughters. Each bunk bed had independent lights. Well maintained grounds and staff was readily available. Inside the unit it was very quiet we could not hear others beside or above us. Ample parking with the parking decks. Lots of closets and storage. We have stayed at places were the owners had most of the closets locked. The gym was well maintained. Movie night and fireworks at the pier were a big hit with the granddaughters. We have been to the Destin area for years but never stayed in this area we already booked it for next year. There is no more hours of searching for me. That I am grateful for 😆. It had everything we wanted and needed.

Condo was VERY spacious and loved the location on the ground floor. Just a few steps away to get to the beach and pool areas, but in the end for a great feeling of privacy! Covered parking in the parking garage was a huge plus as well! The unit really did have all the amenities of home... the washer and dryer were really nice sized for a family too! We had a group of 8 and there was plenty of space for everyone's comfort! Will definitely be staying again!!

Our family of ten stayed in this condo for a week. At first, we were worried that we would be on top of one another but with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, there was plenty of space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that we could have possibly needed. The location of this condo was also in the perfect location within the complex, a short walk from the parking garage (no waiting for the elevator) and close to the picnic/grill area. Walking right out the balcony to the pool and the beach was also super convenient. The property managers were also very easy to communicate with and made great recommendations. Can't wait to visit again!

The condo and complex was beautiful and very clean - I completely understand the amount of people who use the condo so I understand the wear and tear on some items. One bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. Dishwasher was hard to operate - buttons worn out - washer and dryer need to be thoroughly cleaned and worked on - dryer was very loud and thumping on certain settings. Oven was difficult to operate. DEFINITELY need better skillets. Lots of pots but the skillets are no longer non stick and super scratched. I would definitely consider a stay again but for the price I would hope these things would be better.

Azure 101 was spacious, accommodating our party of 12 adults 1 baby. There was everything we needed in a household and kitchen. Top of the line appliances. Plenty of towels and never ran out of hot water!!! 13 showers a day take a lot. Fabulous!! There were also games in the cabinets. Such a close walk to the pool and beach. The beach chair staff had our chairs in the right spot daily. The cleanliness , the easy check in and out was so convenient. Covers parking was a plus. This condo is well maintained, ground floor, & a beautiful view of the gulf. It was so easy to bring things into this ground floor condo from the parking garage or main entrance. Then when we wanted to go to the pool or the beach, we just walked onto the patio, out the gate, and within a few steps we were at the pool. A few more steps from there we were on the beautiful white beaches. This was perfect for children and grandchildren to enjoy the direct access. There was beach service supplied, so all we needed to do is reserve our spot for the week and it was all set up for us. David at Coastal Vibe Vacations, and his team are very responsive if we had any needs at all, which is nice to know when vacationing. Beautiful place to stay. Will be back!

We LOVED the bunk bed room for the kids! Their beds were so comfortable and they really felt like "big kids" sharing a room with their older cousins! The condo was so convenient with the walk-out off of the back patio right out to the pool and beach, but being on the end corner we had privacy which was great! Also, the kitchen was stocked with wonderful cooking essentials, we didn't have to ask neighbors to borrow a thing! LOL! The condo very comfortably fit 10 of us but could have easily accommodated more! Highly recommend Azure 101 and booking through Coastal Vibe they were very communicative and quick to respond! We had a running toilet and needed our patio lightbulb changed, and their maintenance came out same day and very nice!

This Vacation Home was perfect for our Family getaway. The Bunk Room was perfect for the kids to have their own space. Each couple having their own King Size bed was a plus as well. As always, the FWB/Destin area was amazing with many great places to eat and clean beaches. I would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a spacious place to get away. Being on the Ground floor is also a plus to walk right out the back door to the pool.

Azure 101 corner condo was a great space for our family of 5 (three children ages 4, 8, and 11) with both Grandmothers with room to spare. It was so convenient being on the first floor with a grassy area right out the back door and the heated pool and hot tub and boardwalk to the beach right there. It still had a beautiful view with being on the first floor. The beach service with an umbrella and 2 chairs included was great. The covered parking was right there too. It was close to great restaurants and activities and Destin. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and Coastal Vibes Vacation Management was great to work with. Highly recommend!

Thank you for the amazing condo! My whole family had a great time that week. The weather was perfect and we will be back. The condo location was perfect for everything we had planned, such as dining, beach, pool, and even shopping. We walked everywhere. The condo was supplied, cleaned and very convenient for all 12 of us. The only concern were the king beds in the other two rooms. They were uncomfortable and very loud when you laid on them. The only recommendation I would give is to upgrade the king beds. Thanks again

The Azure 101 is a wonderful place to stay! Excellent accommodations and the folks at Coastal Vibe vacations where super easy to work with. Will definitely go back to the Azure101 in the coming years.

The condo was clean and well equipped. We were traveling with little ones and the condo had everything we needed. We were able to prepare meals because it had all of the kitchen equipment you would need and all 9 of us were able to sit comfortably around the large dining table. The condo also had a pack-n-play and a high chair. It is on the first floor so, no elevators to wait on or stairs to climb! The condo was a few steps to the pool and a few more to the beach. It also came with beach service (2 chairs and an umbrella)! The parking garage was also just a few steps from the front door. Our two granddaughters loved the 4-queen-bed bunkroom!

Loved the location and the size of condo

The condo was spacious and plenty of room for our family of eleven. The grandchildren loved the bunk room. We cooked most meals in and the condo was well stocked. The table was large enough but would suggest removing the glass on top. It was hard to clean. The location was very convenient to the pool and easy access to the beach. The only negative is we had a small cooler stolen the first night off the patio. Later in the week it started raining on the beach and we left our beach tent out on the patio to dry. It was also stolen. The unit is on the end, maybe better lighting would detour future incidents. It’s unfortunate because everything else was wonderful. We would come back to Azure but would choose a second floor or above unit for that reason.

Probably the nicest condo we have stayed in. The location was great on the property. Close to parking, the pool, and the grills. The beach and beach service were great. It was nice to not have to haul a tent and chairs down every day. The property was in a great location that was close to everything but not too busy. The property managers were prompt to return any questions we had.

This condo was so perfect for family vacation. The location was perfect, grassy area in front for yard games and close to pool and beach. Grandkids loved it! Lots of space. We all loved it and we will be back.

A truly enjoyable vacation staying in Azure 101. dmDavid and his team did a great job in redecorating the condo. Access to the pools and beach are very easy because of the first floor location. We've stayed at Azure before but with other owners/management firms. David and his staff are the best as was the condo. Looking forward to returning next year.

This beautifully decorated and spacious 4 bedroom condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We only had a few steps to go to the pool, and just a few more to be directly on the stunning white sand beaches. It was just a short distance from the parking garage, plus no need to wait for elevators or climb stairs. We came with our 11 year old grandson, and he loved the view of the water, the bunk room, the great wi-fi :), and how quickly we could get to the Gulfarium, the Harbor, Arcades, and mini golf, and restaurants. It was so kid friendly." The grocery Store is so close, it made it simple to get what we needed to "cook in." Thank you to the Coastal Vibe Vacation Team for welcoming us to Azure 101!

Walk straight out back door for beach view. Few steps farther and you are at the heated pool. Loved everything about it!!!! Will definitely book again.
