We have been to Water scape, 3 different times and stayed a t 3 different condos each time. This condo is the absolute best ! It is the closest to the beach,but it is the farest from the garage parking, IF you have mobility issues. We enjoyed everything about the condo, it's beautifully decorated and so beachy. We hope to go back again.

We have been going to Waterscape for years but this is the first time we have stayed in this unit through Coastal Vibe Vacations. The unit was clean, the view was beautiful, and the customer service was excellent. Waterscape is a great place for families with kids of all ages. This unit was well updated and comfortable and had everything we needed. Coastal Vibe answered any questions we had quickly and had great communication throughout the process from checkin to check out. Would definitely stay again! Thanks!

We had a wonderful time at A506. The location was perfect for us. We were looking for a beach front property with an excellent view. A506 not only had an excellent view of the properties pools but also had an excellent view of the beach. After a day at the beach and pool, we came back to the condo and played cards (our own) at the oversized kitchen table or on the outside patio table. Management was very responsive when we had issues. One of the first issues was that the TV in the bunk room did not allow us to connect to our kids Netflix account. We reached out to management and they checked and replaced the tv for us. Another issue was that there were no coffee mugs in the condo. When we reached out to management, a box of coffee mugs was left for us while we were out. Overall, we loved its location to the beach, the properties pools, the comfy king size beds in each room, and oversized showers in each bathroom. The only downside was that we did not know that the top pools were heated. Had we known that, we would have swam at night to maximize pool time. We found out from someone as we’re checking out. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

We have stayed with Coastal Vibes vacations in a few of their units and like all the others, A506 did not disappoint. The views from the balcony are amazing. Short walk to the beach. The elevator is across the hall so makes for easy trips to the pool. Waterscape itself has so many amenities for kids and families, it's all just great.

Condo was exactly as advertised. Our kids enjoyed the location as they could see the pools, adults enjoyed the view of the ocean. Only complaint was the cooler temps, which was obviously out of anyone’s control! Kiddos loved the bunk bed area and the bedrooms were great. Would recommend for a family anytime.

We've stayed at Waterscape a few times in different units. A506 was by far my favorite. Beautifully decorated and with an elevator right out the front door, it makes for quick and easy access to beach and pool. We'll be looking at this unit for our next trip to Waterscape.

This was our 3rd time staying at one of Coastal Vibe Vacations condos at Waterscape resort. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had amazing views (exactly as the listing shows)! We enjoyed a wonderful week at this property in Okaloosa Island. The weather was a bit cool and windy, but we made most of it, filling our time with day trips in between a few sunny days at the beach. Having beach service was a terrific bonus, but the best part was the relaxing, fresh condo where we could enjoy coffee in the mornings and games in the evenings. While we didn't cook much, we had everything we needed. The management company was incredible. We were able to access our room early, and they were easily reached we had questions/concerns. Definitely worth another visit.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. This was our 2nd time staying at Waterscape and first time in this condo. The place was designed beautifully and it was very clean. The view is amazing!! We have spent the last 4 years travelling further south into Florida and this year we decided to return back to Waterscape and Okaloosa Island. My family stays in this facility every time we vacation in this area and this is one of the best units that we have ever stayed in. The decorations and amenities were perfect and the views were spectacular. The unit manager was great to deal with and we even were able to use some of his recommendations during our vacation. This was the first time that my wife asked that we plan to stay in this unit again if we return to this area.

We loved this property so much! It is just as it is listed. We loved the view in the morning drinking our coffee, the lazy river when we were over the beach- the kids of course loved the bunk room of course! First time staying at Waterscape and we could not have picks better accommodations, A506. This condo unit was clean, refreshing, had plenty of room to move around and the bunk house for the grandkids was wonderful. We truly enjoyed the full kitchen area and washer and dryer right in the unit. Our view to the gulf, beach, and the pools in Waterscape could not be beat. The bedrooms were large, bathrooms, clean and had plenty of room. We will definitely be coming back to A506 next year and hopefully for years to come. Thanks for providing the ultimate stay for us.

We have stayed in Waterscape A506 twice this past year. The resort is great for their pool and access to the beach. We have already booked Spring Break 2021 to return for more fun. The Condo is very nice and great views.

I love Waterscape's location on Okaloosa Island. It is convenient to many good restaurants and the pier. I love what a great resort it is for a family vacation for children of all ages. The grounds are kept up very well. Also the condominium was sanitized above average, so that I felt it was safe for my family and myself. The process for checking in and checking out runs smoothly. I plan on making another reservation at Waterscape next summer as soon as the family can decide on a date.

We loved our stay at Waterscape. We had a group of about 50 from my hometown staying at this resort. All of the rooms were nice, however I particularly liked our room the best. The views are amazing, the condo is immaculate, and the location of the room was perfect. It’s located closer to the beach, but still next to the pool. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. This room was perfect for two families. We had 3 adults and 4 children and never felt crowded or cramped. The kids really enjoyed the bunk room, and were happy to have a tv to watch at bedtime- nice touch! We are already looking to book again next year!!

Love, love, love Waterscape!! Our family has been visiting FL and staying at Waterscape for many years now and it never disappoints. There are plenty of fun things for the kids and adults too. The property is managed very well. The room is nicely updated and decorated with an amazing view. Just hated we couldn’t check in a little sooner than 4pm. Overall it was wonderful vacation.

The condo is in a perfect location, facing the ocean and pools. The Lazy River Pool was one of our favorite pools, as well as the hot tubs. Beside going to the beach and pools, Waterscape had several activities that we attended, such as movie night. Many excellent restaurants are within walking distance of condominium. We plan on making Waterscape our family vacation place next summer.

Waterscape A506 is beautiful. It was very comfortable for our family of 5. It was also large enough for our friends to join us for dinner. The view is gorgeous and the beach set up was an added bonus! Waterscape and the condo were very clean and pleasant to stay for vacation. We’ll definitely be back!

We could not have asked for a more beautiful condo. The space is newly updated with such immaculate touches. The owners are so kind and very easy to work with! We have stayed at Waterscape several times, and this is our favorite unit by far! Our girls loved the kayak rentals included with our stay. We are looking forward to our next vacation in A506! I can't think of a thing I would change about this unit or the owners. Such a wonderful experience!!

This was our first stay at Waterscape and with Coastal Vibe Vacations, and this condo did not disappoint our fall break. The condo is wonderfully decorated, very clean, and well-maintained. It has everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach. My favorite part of the unit is the amazing views from the balcony. They were more beautiful than I expected. This will definitely not be our only stay with Coastal Vibe Vacations, and we’re already looking forward to booking with them for our next fall break vacay.

I highly recommend David Jenn & Coastal Vibe Vacations who was by far the best agency I have worked with at many different resorts. We love Waterscape and I'm very particular on which unit we rent. A506 was perfect for our family of 4. Great view of both the pools & beach, comfortably decorated, good appliances, beach service included, big enough table for kids' computers plus eating space. I always like the 5th floor the best, and we often eat lunch & get drinks from the on-site Fudpucker's cantina. AJ's oyster shanty across the street is good as well as the Crab Trap and Dewey Destins. Our tweens love the lilly pads & hot tubs (they used to live in the lazy river when they were younger), and it is a very safe environment to let them run around on their own.

This was a perfect vacation spot for our family of 5. The Waterscape resort has all the amenities, and our biggest challenge was trying to decide whether to start with the pool or the beach each day. The condo (A506) was beautiful, beach-themed, and very comfortable. We thought we'd have a battle with our three kids on who would get the second master and who would get the bunk room, but after the first night they didn't care since all the beds were so comfortable. The views from the balcony are amazing, as you're overlooking the lazy river/pool and also have unobstructed views of the beach and Gulf. In addition, David was very responsive and easy to work with. We will definitely be back and will be requesting this exact same unit on our return trip.

This resort is amazing! The interior of the unit was just remodeled in a coastal decor and is beautiful. Views of the gulf are awesome not only from the balcony but virtually everywhere inside the condo as well. Management company could not be any easier to deal with. All in all great experience!
