this is our 2nd year at the same location it was a very relaxing experience as expected. the condo was excellent the weather was great for the time of year. If you're looking for a relaxing time, and great food in close proximity to the resort, as well as lots of things to do, this was a trip we made lots of memories with family.

This condo was pefectly located on the ground floor right next to pool access and the beach. The patio was still privatewith landscaping between you and the pool, so you could sit outside and enjoy the weather. We had our family of 5, the 3 kids are all terns and they loved all the space! The pool was a great hit as well as the fudpucker's hut where you could get drinks and food poolside. Wednesday nights there is a huge fireworks show on the beach and a glow party at the pool with music, super fun! We drove to Destin from here to rent a pontoon boat for the day and visit crab island, which was one of the best parts of the trip. The room is very nicely decorated and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. There was lots of space and some updates lioe new couches from rhe original pictures that were nice and comfortable.The owner was easy to get ahold of when we had questions about pool bracelets or other things, we got quick answers, and they were very helpful.It was nice not having to use elevators when coming back-and-forth with luggage or groceries from the parking garage. It was very convenient. Definitely would stay in this exact condo again!!

It was by far the perfect vacation the location was perfect. the beach and water was great the weather was perfect the entire time we were there. the staff and people were friendly the issues we had were taken care of. The most relaxing time I've had in a long time. everyone in our group were sad to it end. looking forward to doing it again. thank you for a wonderful experience.

We had a great time with this room! The only complaint we had was that the housekeepers really only spot cleaned before we arrived. There was residue left in the toilets, sinks, and shower. We went through and gave everything a good wipe down though.

Our family loved Waterscape last year, so we came back this year and decided to stay in A216. It was the perfect location across from the heated pool and just steps down to the main pool. The ice machine was a welcome added bonus. It made our lives a little bit easier. Our kids (7 & 4) love the lazy river, the glo party at the pool, and their own personal bunk room. Will definitely book again!

We have stayed at Waterscape several times over the years. This year we stayed in A216 and I have to say it was the best experience we have ever had at Waterscape! The unit is in a great spot with a small yard and easy access to all pools. Parking was easy and it was a straight shot from the parking garage to the condo. My family was very impressed with how CLEAN this condo was. I have never stayed in a condo or hotel room this clean! A216 was also stocked better than anywhere I have stayed - it had a separate ice machine, every kitchen tool you can think of, and even a coffee bean grinder. There was plenty of seating with the counter barstools, kitchen chairs, and the couches. We were all extremely happy with this unit and will definitely stay here again! P.S. After our vacation we realized we had left our house/car keys in the condo. Everyone at Coastal Vibe Vacations was so kind and helpful - they were able to find the keys and mailed them to us the next day!

Waterscape is an awesome place for a beach vacation. This is our 2nd time and we picked A216 because of the easy access to the pool. With 2 young girls it was perfect! The only downside is the elevator is directly behind the smaller bedroom so you hear it going up and down. But we learned to tune it out. The unit was low on plates (only 5) too but hopefully that'll get fixed. But overall we had a fantastic time and will return again.

We absolutely love staying at Waterscape and especially love this condo. We have now stayed in A216 twice and are planning to come back next summer. We are already booked to come back to Waterscape in October with our family. The Coastal Vibes team is truly wonderful, we had one minor issue during our stay and they quickly had someone there the day before the holiday to fix it.This condo is in a wonderful location and has amazing amenities. We can't wait to be back!

We had 3 smaller children, 2 teens & 3 adults… the condo was in the perfect location to the pools & the ground floor (on the 2nd level) made it wonderful to be able to leave our beach gear outside without the hassle of dragging it inside & up the elevator. This condo was in the perfect spot for us during the colder months! Right across from the heated pool! I love that they had a large tote outside full of water toys! The beds were so comfortable! I would suggest someone taking a look at the big couch, it’s so uncomfortable because it tilts forward. I pulled out the bed to see if something was stuffed in there or bent but couldn’t see anything obvious. Otherwise I would highly recommend staying here ❤️❤️

The Coastal Vibe Vacations Team were fantastic to work with. Communication was top notch and the ease of checking in could not have been better. This was my first time visiting this area of Florida and while I was hesitant I would definitely return. We did a lot of comparing to our usual vacation spot (Hilton Head Island) and while there isn't much to do on Okaloosa or Destin we did all the usual things which was relax, visit the beach and swim. We all left refreshed after a much needed vacation. A216 was the perfect location as we were steps from the heated pool, parking and the beach. The other two pools were too cold to get to enjoy. The toys and pool floats available in the storage box came in handy for our daily beach visit. Our toddler loved the turtle floatie! Since we went in the off season it wasn't crowded and we had the pool to ourselves one afternoon which was a perk! If you head over to Destin with little ones I highly recommend checking out the Buccaneer Pirate Ship Cruise. It was a ton of fun and a highlight of the trip. Overall I'd recommended using Coastal Vibe Vacations and staying at Waterscape.

We loved this condo! The location was perfect, centrally located to the pools and short walk to the beach. It was also stocked with tons of sand toys/beach items which my 4 year old LOVED. Beds were comfy and they have a nugget ice maker (so awesome!). We will definitely rent this unit again!

My family really loved it at A216. It was beautiful and great access to the pool. We did need to use elevator with beach wagon we brought but the elevator was literally right by the room so it was convenient. We all loved the ice machine in the kitchen as well! First condo we've had that had one and it was awesome. The bunk bed side room was great for my two boys. They played in there and watched tv when we weren't at the beach or pool. Overall, great condo. We would definitely stay here again!

This condo couldn't have been in a more perfect spot for our Family vacation. You can walk out the back door and be at the kiddie pool in about 20 steps. It was so convenient when we were all hanging out and could run back and bring out sandwiches/snacks for the kids and also use the grill for dinner. The built in icemaker in the kitchen was absolutely a must have convenience. I want to get one at home now :) Check in and check out was a breeze. Will definately consider this one for our next vacation.

We returned to this condo for a second year, 4th stay at Waterscape. We booked for next year before leaving but had to move our week in order to ensure this specific unit. We love it!!! Perfect location for our family. We have kids ranging from toddler to preteen so it is perfect access to all the pool areas. Also, we especially love this unit because of the NUGGET ICE MAKER!!!!! Nothing like that GOOD ice in my cup by the pool:)

My husband and I brought our two kids, ages 3 and 5, for fall break and absolutely loved the room, resort, and location. The kids loved the bunk beds! The room was clean and located at the top of the stairs from the parking garage which was so convenient when carrying up groceries. We walked to dinner across the street several nights, but everything was very close. Overall, highly recommend and we will definitely be back for another stay!

The condo was just perfect for our family of 4 (twin 3.5yr olds) plus our best friends family of 4 (two adults, two teens). We love the central location to all of the pools, and the short walk to the beach. The condo had everything we needed, and when we arrived there were additional beach chairs and toys left from other families (we returned the favor as well). It was decorated beautifully and very clean! Check out was a BREEZE thanks to not having to strip beds, wash linens, etc...we went on a fishing charter with Capt. Gary O, per the insiders guide recommendations. We didn't catch a lot (we did catch some but you know you always want to catch more, haha!) but Capt Gary was a lot of fun and we had a great day with him! Definitely so many memories made, and we can't wait to get our calendars together for next year so we can plan our return! —try the pork nachos from the Tiki Hut down at the big pool, it was an overall favorite. We went for lunch several days! Thanks for all of your hard work and effort you have put in to making your condo a wonderful vacation spot!

My family (husband, myself, mother in law and two children) absolutely enjoyed our time at Waterscape A216. The condo was perfect! We had enough room, it was clean, the beds were great and the resort is great. My boys enjoyed the bunk beds. Our family returned to Waterscape for 2021 after a stay in 2020. We knew we loved it and had to come back. It’s the perfect spot for children of all ages. We were on a ground floor unit last year and thought it was great, but this time we decided to move to this unit closer to the center of the resort, and it was the right decision!!! We were steps from all the pools…literally in the center of all the fun!!!! The noise level was very low being second to last unit on the upper ground floor. Also, Coastal Vibe Vacations was still the property manager that we had the previous year and we knew they rocked and were quick to respond to any situation that had come up. Year 2 was no different. They were quick to make our stay as great as possible, even when the tv wasn’t working correctly. We booked our 2022 stay before we checked out!!!!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean! And we really loved and appreciated the location of the condo too! We had our 2 young grandchildren with us and our patio was literally across from one of the bigger pool gates, and right beside the baby pool! This made it so easy to go back and forth with them throughout the day, without walking a mile! The communication regarding the check-in code, gate code and wi-fi password was amazing! We had everything emailed to us without having to ask! I would definitely recommend this unit and the VRBO/Coastal Vibe Group! We will definitely stay here again!

Wow! This place was everything we wanted and more! We had 3 kids and 3 adults that visited and it was the perfect location. The condo was decorated so cute and very clean! Beds were so comfy and being on the ground floor was so convenient with three young kids! Tv's in all the rooms was great and the beach toys were a plus! This unit and resort were beyond our expectation. We had my mother and our three kids (9 months, 2 and 4). The resort offered a pool to accommodate each age perfectly. Not to mention a stunning beach. The access to everything was a dream with young kids. Nothing was too far of a walk and this unit is PRIME location. That was a surprise to us to see how perfectly located it is in the resort. It was also a huge plus to have a ground unit for the kids to have a play space outdoors. We felt SO safe here, we would leave our youngest napping in the unit while at the splash pad with the other kids. Our monitor reached and we felt super safe doing that. The condo itself is beautifully decorated. You can tell the extra touches put into this space from the crown molding, décor and shiplap. The beds in this unit were amazing, by far the most comfortable sleep we have ever had outside our home. The kids LOVED their bunkbeds-- they told us it was their favorite part of the trip. The unit was the perfect amount of space. My mom had her own "suite" and we never felt crowded. I can't rave enough about this place, we will be returning year after year without a doubt. We have traveled to many high-end places along with private clubs and this still hit 5 stars for us. It's the perfect set up for a family trip. I was very excited about how easy it was to get to the airport, it's not even a 10 minute drive. There are also many restaurants and options within walking distance. We flew and did not rent a car- it was not needed. We had an Uber a few times, but mostly walked everywhere we needed to go. A+ experience, thank you!!

Absolutely wonderful location! We loved the beautiful condo and will definitely be rebooking. The location of the condo was perfect for our family with 2 younger children. We have a 10 and 7 year old and chose this property because of all the pools. The condo is within steps to the pools so it was easy to run back and grab things we needed. We couldn't hear any of the pool noise in our condo though so it was a great balance!

Great location at waterscape. This unit is on ground floor and very close to kid pool and warm pool so kids can run out of patio door and go to pool. The place is nicely decorated but there are breakable decorations for very young toddlers. The kids loved their bunk room. There was some sand and water toys in a bin outside the unit which was nice. The trash chute is outside the unit so you don’t have to haul trash every far. The beach is soft and white and a short walk past the pools.

We thoroughly enjoyed our Fall Break vacation at Waterscape in room A216. The condo was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed for an amazing vacation. Coastal Vibe Vacations made it very easy to book the vacation as well as get into the resort and condo. They were also very responsive when issues with a squealing dryer and water cutoff in the Master bathroom were noticed. Although this has nothing to with the condo itself, I would suggest that Waterscape put up more signage for determining where to park for certain rooms. Upon arrival, it was difficult to determine where certain rooms were located in this very large resort. Also, I would suggest that Waterscape replace some of their grills. We attempted to use 3 of the grills during our stay, and we ended up having issues with them not working appropriately. Overall, we loved the condo and enjoyed the resort and will return in the future!

It was ground floor right by the pool entrances, which was very convenient for us with having 2 small kids and a stroller. It also has king beds in both bedrooms and a door on the bunk room! They also provided extra items like a pack & play, fans, beach toys and chairs. It also has an ice machine installed in the kitchen, which was an added bonus for sure!! Coastal vibes vacations was also very polite & responsive along the way. I would highly recommend this condo & company!!

Condo is beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Decor beautiful. Condo location perfect for access to pools, grills, parking garage. 5 stars for Coastal Vibe and staff. We had to contact them regarding a minor service issue and it was addressed promptly. I had to call them about beach service and David answered the phone and helped me out. Have rented from a lot of different rental companies and we will definitely use them again!!

It was very nice. I would say it is the best property we have ever stayed in for children from two to teens as well as adults with the four different types of pools as well as the beach. Love the gas grills.

We took a family of 18 to Destin / Fort Walton and had a blast. Waterscape made it all possible. We loved the pools and the beach access. We had B214 and A216 and they both were perfect. It was our first time to Destin / FWB and we will be back every year now.

Fantastic & Wonderful! are only 2 of many superlatives we could use to describe our vacation time spent in Unit A216. The Unit was nicely updated in both style & furnishings and so convenient to everything the resort has to offer. It was great to be able to go from the patio straight to the pools & grilling areas. No need to use elevator. Our family of 7 really enjoyed our stay and plan on making this our "new" go to place. We will be back to Unit A216!

The unit had been recently updated and you could tell! Clean and beautiful! The patio has a path leading to the pool which was super convenient. David was quick to respond with the questions we had and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay in the same unit again!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Waterscape Resort and in our specific condo (A216). The condo had just been remodeled, so it was absolutely gorgeous! It was more than enough room for our family of 4, and it allowed us the option of inviting my parents to stay with us, since it has the ability to sleep 4 more people. We LOVED the location of the condo within the resort (we were basically in the middle of everything, easy access to the pools and beach, grills, etc. The fact that our condo was located right next to the door for pool access was a big plus, and definitely didn't increase noise (it was extremely quiet). We also loved that our unit's main door was accessed through an inside hallway. The resort was very family friendly, no matter what age your kids are (we have two teenagers and there were plenty of kids around their age group, and all those kids were very well-mannered). We are very strict parents who worry about safety and we felt safe enough to allow our 14 and 16 year old kids to go to the hot tub alone in the evening. That really says a lot about the environment of the resort. The beach was also incredible (perfect white sand) and the beach chair service was such a plus (2 chairs and an umbrella were included...you didn't have to worry about not getting a chair and you didn't have to run down early in the morning to get a spot, it always worked out!). Finally, the resort is within walking distance of the boardwalk and other restaurants/shopping, so if you don't have a car, it wouldn't be a big deal (we only drove when we went into Destin). I truly can't say enough about our experience. Coastal Vibes was super helpful in answering all our questions ahead of time and making check out easy as well. GREAT trip, GREAT condo, GREAT resort, GREAT location, GREAT management company.
