Destin West - Heron L-04

Spent the mornings drinking our coffee on patio while looking over the Bay. The combo was the perfect size for a group of 7. The hot tub was used daily and was perfect for the chilly nights after a day of exploring the Destin area beaches. The fully equipped kitchen made Thanksgiving dinner a breeze. My daughter even made cookies and brownies! The condo is decorated beautifully. The couches comfortable enough to lounge on while watching tv. Our teenaged son slept in the pull out bed and he said it was comfortable.

This vacation was perfection. We loved the pools, lazy river, hot tubs, personal hot tub, easy access to the beach and bay. We pooped right next door and rented a potoon one day. We were so comfortable. The beds were amazing. I really cant say enough good about our stay. It was so relaxing!

We had an Amazing Trip and Best time at the Heron L4 at the Destin West Bay. The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay. We had access to the beach, the pier and the lazy river. We have stayed at Destin West a couple of times but this condo is by far our favorite! We loved the hot tub on our deck and the condo was beautiful! We have never stayed on the bay side but wow it did not disappoint! We will stay here again! Love Coastal Vibe always takes great care of us!

A beautiful condo. Very clean. Well equipped. The location was a bit far from the beach, but not too bad of a walk.. We brought our jet skis and were able to bring them close to the condo to swap out riders and ride them in the Bay Area. The pool area was very nice and refreshing on hot summer days.

Our family was so comfortable during our week stay! We were blown away by the quality of furniture, amenities, and the entire condo. We were also very impressed with the evening grounds keeper; he worked diligently to pick up the smallest palm debris after storms and would check in to see how our stay was going. We loved having access to the dock, bay, and beach without getting in the car. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our Spring Break getaway. The place had three large bedrooms that easily housed the six adults that were on the trip. The hot tub was awesome. The pool and lazy river were great as well. The location is a short walk to the beach. It took about 5 minutes to get there. The beach was really clean and not overcrowded. You are able to access the beach via a private walk way which is really nice. The place is centrally located for dining options in Destin as well as Fort Walton beach. Will definitely stay here again if we are looking for something in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach area.

We’ve been staying at Destin west since 2015. We keep trying different condos to see which one we like. This one is by far our new favorite. Already booked for next year! Clean, huge, sleeps 10, and the decor is so beachy and elegant. Checkin was a breeze! Plenty of towels and the working hot tub was fabulous! Zero complaints. Highly recommend this condo as well as Coastal Vibe vacations.

We really enjoyed our stay and all the amenities that the unit & property provided.
Our most favorite highlights: Cleanliness, Comfort (especially the beds, were excellent), Cable T.V. and lastly, HOT water & relaxing shower. David was awesome and provided exceptional customer service. The personal hot tub was clean and inviting.
Walmart was a short drive (approx 8-11 minute drive). Floyd's seafood (across the street from the unit) had All-u- can-eat shrimp. We drove to the beach instead of walking. Convenient parking. Ease of keyless checkin.
Your company Rocks!! We will definitely return & recommend.

Beautiful and clean condo- perfect for a family get away! Our girls loved the bunk beds and my oldest felt safe to sleep up top! Comfortable beds, loved the hot tub for when the kids needed a break from the sun. Many card games were played out there! We of course love the Destin west lazy river, pool and access to the bay and gulf. Ricks on the island next door had delicious pizza, seafood and drinks. We will be back next year!

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! We have been to Destin West before but this was the first time staying in a lower level condo. It was worth it! Walk right down to the pool, view of the bay, and our own hot tub for the chilly evenings are a few of the perks. We enjoyed walking to Rick's next door for the amazing pizza and beer. Also we like the option of walking to Tom Thumb for last minute snacks or drinks. The condo and hot tub were very clean and well decorated. The mattresses in main bedrooms were comfortable. The only complaint was the number of wash cloths and hand towels: For 5 people only 5 were provided so it meant doing laundry way too often for vaca! We would stay again. Thank you for a great stay!

Amazing stay! Everything was super clean. Plenty of cookware.Plenty of beds, TVs and space! Plenty of extra towels too! Loved having the private jacuzzi and grill. Host was great with communication. You won't be disappointed, quite the opposite. Impressive stay.

A minor repair needed to be done & the online form to request maintenance was so easy to use & it was repaired within an hour of my request. Can’t get any better than that. This very nice, spacious 3 bedroom condo is perfect for the whole family. The master bedroom and the guest room have king size beds, and to my surprise, the bunk beds even appear to be queen size which certainly can accommodate adults if needed. The condo is beautifully decorated and just steps away from the relaxing 700 foot lazy river. The beach is within walking distance and I would recommend renting an umbrella on the beach because it is much easier than hauling a cart and tent down to the beach. The beach and weather was perfectly, custom-made by God.

We had an excellent experience and would stay at this condo again! It was well stocked with all the family needs and beach supplies, got tub was clean and hot upon arrival, rooms and beds comfortable... beautifully decorated and perfect location for our family of 7! We were especially happy for the quick and easy replacement for the kitchen sink faucet that leaked a little into our stay...the owners had a new one installed quickly the next day and were very easy to work with via email and check-in and check-out. We thoroughly enjoyed this unit! Great location, nice views, walk out to the pool, beautiful furnishings and well stocked kitchen. We were totally comfortable the whole time. Nicely stocked and decorated condo. First floor with few stairs, just walk out gate to pool, lazy river and marina area. Beach cart, chairs and toys provided. Covered parking was always available. We were lucky and had perfect weather! Management team easy to work with and professional. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

We loved our week at Destin West Heron L-04! The location of Heron L-04 on the property was perfect--easy access from the deck to the pool and lazy river, beautiful sunrise view over the bay, easy access to the parking garage, and a short walk to the boat rental businesses right next door. We walked everywhere--across the bridge to the beach during the day and to the boardwalk at night for dinners, fireworks, gelato and shopping. We also walked to the mini-golf course at the adventure center right by Destin West. The Heron L-04 kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more, the bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were nice and the towels clean and soft. We spent many afternoons playing cards on the deck overlooking the pools and the bay. We were happy to have beach cart and equipment provided, especially the umbrella and chairs. We rented a pontoon boat one day and jetskis and paddleboards another day--since the rental place was right next door, it was quick and easy. This was our first time renting through Coastal Vibe Vacations, and it felt like we were renting from a friend. The warm, friendly emails were informative and thorough, and provided a kind welcome and helpful instructions. Check in and check out were simple and allowed us to get right to the fun.

Excellent condo! Conveniently located near the beach and so much good food. It looks exactly like in the pictures. I was surprised that the kitchen came stocked with everything you might need: blender, crock pot, plates/bowls, silverware, baking trays, and more. Check-in/check-out was simple and easy.
