For Florida Properties:
Effective May 5th, Okaloosa County beaches are open fully with no restrictions on activities other than following social distancing guidelines. Likewise, the Governor of Florida lifted the prohibition on Short Term Rentals effective May 20th.
We want you to be able to book with confidence, so we are offering a refund under the following 2 conditions as it relates to COVID:
- Beach Closure Coverage – If the beaches end up not being open at least 5 hours per day for your travel dates, then you may cancel and receive a refund.
- Vacation Rental Ban Coverage – If the Governor of FL has a restriction on Vacation Rentals in place which requires us to cancel your reservation, you will be provided a refund.
We are not offering refunds for those wanting to cancel for other reasons less than 30 days prior to arrival, but Travel Insurance is available to cover cancellations due to illness, injury, vacation time being revoked, school schedule changes, event cancellations, etc.
